You were professional, thorough, efficient and fast in the job that you did and my place looks great because of this. As mentioned above one of your team members gave me the date and I found that very helpful. I noted that I appreciated her giving me that because I can never remember what the date is without looking. She mentioned offhandedly that she knew the date because she gets her food stamps today. These hard working women were professional and did a great job today in a role that is physically taxing. I do not know what they get paid and it’s none of my business. But it appears it’s not enough to support themselves sufficiently. I paid about $190 for 1.5 hours of work, which works out to around $60/hour per person. We all know and respect that there are various overhead costs…no problem. But it appears what they receive is not enough to be financially secure and independent without assistance. It’s frankly disappointing that they don’t receive that. I would be happy to use your services again if I knew your staff were making a fair living wage.

We have used Molly made at our home here at the St. Pete several times. We have never had bad service and the staff is always very friendly. Joe and Raven did a fantastic job today! I would highly recommend.

Very easy to work with over the phone for scheduling, etc but our cleaners didn’t do the absolute best job. It was a big house, but they left quite a few spots untouched and we had to ask them to redo a few things. But after they were gone we noticed a few places not completely done. (Glass shower door still had soap scum, light bulbs in bathroom fixtures weren’t dusted, streaks on appliances.) Affordable and fair pricing.

Jo and holly did an amazing job getting our apartment in tiptop shape for our move out! They went the extra mile and ensured customer satisfaction. If I need a maid service in the future I will definitely be coming back to Molly maid.

I do not recommend this service. Paid nearly $200 for a “deep clean” that left visible dirt, soap scum, and tile grout in worse condition than before.

While some areas were addressed, several items included in the “deep clean” service were still visibly dirty, such as spots on a toilet, food splatters on kitchen cabinet fronts, dust on blinds, and soap scum in the shower.

I contacted the company to raise my concerns. They apologized and offered to send someone back to correct the issues, which I appreciate, but I was not comfortable with that option as I have no interest in hovering over someone while they clean my home to a basic standard. I treated myself to this service to give myself a break, but lesson learned. I requested a partial refund instead, which was declined.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I had the pleasure of having Ashlyn and Lupe clean my home and they did a PHENOMENAL job. My house has never been professionally cleaned and I wanted to surprise my husband when he returned from his trip to Europe with a deep cleaned house. These girls were meant for the job - they spent 3 hours deep cleaning my home and it absolutely shows. I’ve actually never seen my oven shine the way it is now lol Ashlyn and Lupe were so sweet and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will absolutely be back and will be requesting them again 🥰
