I do not recommend this company. We were in a pinch and the convenience of this company worked best for us. I requested 2 hours of cleaning an almost empty and clean house. The employee agreed it was pretty clean and probably wouldn’t even need the two hours.

Unfortunately, I had an appointment I had to leave for so I wasn’t there to walk around to review the work. They left food crumbs in the sink, crumbs on the floor. The oven looks like they spent no time on it. Crumbs left in the fridge. Attention to detail is not where they thrive.

Yesterday I scheduled a move out cleaning and Molly Maid was able to come today to my house and Ashley and Ashley did an amazing job! They are very professional and very focused on their work. My house is sparkling clean! I would contact then again to clean my house and I recommend their services 100%.

Dev and Lupe crushed it - I’m so grateful for them both! The house not just looked so clean but felt so clean. Beyond surface-level clean, like, deep exhale clean. They were lovely, super super thorough, and clearly cared about the little details. I’ve worked with a few cleaning services before, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Can’t recommend them enough.

Molly Maids did a fantastic job cleaning my home!! Joann and Ivy were so professional and extremely thorough. My house was sparkling clean!! I was beyond satisfied with them and will definitely use them again!!

Jessica and Chrissy do an excellent job cleaning our apartment home. They are efficient in their work and friendly in their demeanor. Molly Maids is very transparent on costing, provides alerts to remind us of the next cleaning and has been flexible when we've needed to shift a date. Highly recommend (including to family in Orlando, who now use them as well).

Being new to having my house cleaned, I’ll admit I was a little nervous. But with how busy I’ve become living alone, I just can’t keep up—and I’m glad I gave this a try. My initial meeting with the franchise owner, Christy, was really nice and put me at ease.

On cleaning day, Jessica and Neveah were the team that came out. I left while they worked, and when I came back for the walk-through I was pleasantly surprised. They did a wonderful job caring for my home, were super friendly with my cats, and made the whole process feel natural. What could have felt awkward—strangers cleaning my own mess—instead became a relief and even exciting, knowing I’d signed up for this service.

Thank you, team Jessica and Neveah, and thank you to Christy. Coming home to a clean house and having that big chore off my plate was such a gift.

I hired Molly Maid of St. Pete for a standard clean at my home. The team who arrived from Molly Maid, Ashlyn and Sherri were so sweet! They arrived right on time and were ready to work.

They started by asking for a brief tour of the home, walking through each room. Both girls asked questions about the specific items I wanted cleaned in each room, and what my overall expectations were for their services. It was easy to tell by the flow of conversation between me and Ashlyn and Sherri that they were really listening to my requests, and were making a game plan for their clean. Once the tour was over, they quickly split up tasks and got to work. It only took them an hour and a half to complete a deep clean that would have easily taken me an entire day! In the hour and a half, they cleaned practically every surface in my home. Including every shelf on a long bookcase, all the cabinets in the kitchen, and all the baseboards. I almost couldn't tell they had cleaned everything, because everything was left exactly where it was when they arrived - minus the layer of dust previously accumulated.

They even left personal touches, like folded toilet paper and styled towels, in each room they visited. When they were done, I almost didn't want to touch anything because of how clean and pretty everything looked!

Not only were both Ashlyn and Sherri amazing at cleaning, they both were super personable, thoughtful, and kind! I was working at my kitchen table while they cleaned. They completed cleaning the living room first, and let me know when they were done so I could move from the kitchen table to the living room. It allowed me to keep working, and they could ensure every inch of the home was cleaned. They were also great at balancing fun conversation while still giving me space to keep working when needed!

This was likely the best cleaning experience I've ever had! I absolutely plan on hiring Molly Maid, and specifically the team of Ashlyn and Sherri, again for my next clean! I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!

Our first visit on Nov 4, 2025 was a great experience with Ashlyn and Dawn. Very pleasant to communicate with and they were very organized and efficient in getting our two story townhome completed

This was our first time using Molly Maids to clean before we moved into our new home. They didn't use bleach, so there was still mildew in the master shower. We pulled the fridge out and they swept up the dust but didn't scrub the nasty grime. I asked them specifically to clean the kitchen drawers and only some were done. I usually do the cleaning myself. This is the last time I trust Molly Maids to do it for me.

Jo and Raven from Molly Maid came into my house like a professional tornado of cleanliness, except instead of wreckage they left behind a sparkling sanctuary that made me question if I’d ever actually cleaned before in my life. These two were like a buddy-cop duo of scrubbing and dust-busting—one moment I’d see Raven conquering soap scum with the intensity of a Navy SEAL, the next Jo was annihilating dust bunnies with a broom like she was auditioning for John Wick: Domestic Edition. My kitchen counters were gleaming so hard I briefly worried they’d start signaling planes overhead, and my bathroom smelled like a spa that doesn’t charge $300 an hour. They didn’t just clean; they purged evil from my home, and I half expect a priest to stop by and thank them for their exorcism-level services. If Molly Maid were the Avengers, Jo and Raven would be Hawkeye and Black Widow—flashy, efficient, and slightly intimidating in their sheer competence. Honestly, I’m convinced they found dirt that was hiding in shame. Five stars, two thumbs up, and I’ll probably start dirtying my house on purpose just to get them back.

Stephanie and dajah were amazing! Even did our extra rooms in quick time. Excellent service and extremely nice people.

When I arrived home, I was so pleasantly surprised to see how hard Chrissy and Kristen had worked on cleaning or Home,
I would definitely recommend them. They didn’t outstanding job.

My fiance and I hired Molly Maid to do our move out cleaning back in November. We weren’t here to do a walk through at the time. Upon getting back to our house in February we found it very ironic to have a promo flier with request for review in a disgusting drawer that was not cleaned. There were multiple spots around the house that were missed like this.

Kate and Courtney did a great job Wednesday morning. They arrived on time and went right to work cleaning three bedrooms and two baths. Excellent job.
