The cleaning was top notch, but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever had. Something in my home was thrown away by the cleaning team that was sent to my house. The staff recovered it from the trash and replaced it for which I am thankful. Something else was also missing and not included in the photographs at the end of the job so I asked if it was there. Sabrina said they were there, but you can imagine my concern when something had already been thrown away and there was no evidence of the other item. I withheld payment until confirmation could be made that the item was in the property. The job was completed around 9:15 pm Thursday and I paid as soon as confirmation of my belongings was provided the following Saturday around 1pm. During the time between job completion and payment, about 39 consecutive hours, I was accused of attempted extortion, not having the funds to pay, I was accused of poor character and other things. I was harassed almost non-stop Saturday until payment was made. Perhaps I just caught Sabrina on a bad day, but this experience would prevent me from using this company again which ish fortunate because the cleaning was exceptional.

Coastal Cleaning is the best cleaning service I’ve found in the Tampa Bay Area! They clean our two-story home on St. Pete Beach and rental property in Largo. Sabrina and Faby are both a pleasure to work with, and the entire team is professional and trustworthy. Our homes sparkle every time they clean! Ps. We have pets, and they make sure to vacuum the furniture etc. 5 stars!!!!! 😊
