Obviously they have too much work. Michael, the alleged service manager, said my job wasn't for them unless they could run the pipe along the outside of my house, which I did not want them to do. I asked them to install a gas line in my attic and drop a line down an inside wall. I have received estimates from two others who said they could do the work as I requested. Michael's rejection of the job and others telling me they could do the work suggests they have to much work or they just don't want to do work that's a bit difficult. I'm guessing it's the latter. So, unless you have an easy job, that's not too taxing, look elsewhere.

I already have one estimate that will run the line as requested and I anticipate having a second one next Wednesday, where upon I will pay one of them to perform the work.

Oh, and by the way, the installation your service manager recommended was to run it outside, that was not acceptable. Perhaps for your house running a pipe externally is okay, but not for mine.

Why did you mention the length of the pipe required, was it that your service manager just didn't bring enough, was not prepared, and was too embarrassed to admit it?

I think it is way more likely that your service manager was just too lazy or unmotivated or didn't want to work in the attic on a Friday, without a permit, as the other contractors, recommended by Clearwater Gas have told me I needed. Neither your service manager nor you said anything about a permit. This oversight seems to confirm my suspicions.

Called that day to get a kitchen faucet installed. I was able to get an appointment 2 days later, but an hour after I called, they fit me in same day. Plumber (Ebbie) was very efficient and professional. He had the job done flawlessly in an hour.

Making the appointment for the repair was easy. James did my repair in no time at all. The cost was 1/2 of other quotes I had gotten. Very pleased.

Scott came and diagnosed and fixed our shower and washing machine. He was pleasant and knew exactly what to do. He cleaned up and explained everything. If all services were this efficient and of high quality, we would never need rating reports.

Long story, very short: We had two companies come out to look at several plumbing issues. Basically, they didn't want to deal with it and one of them suggested an illegal dumping solution. We expected the solution to cost a great deal of money, especially with two companies not even wanting to bother! By recommendation Clearwater Plumbing was called and they fixed it all for much much less than anticipated. The guy they sent out needs a raise. By the time he was done his shirt was drenched with sweat because he actually put in the work to get it fixed right. Came within in the allotted time. Took a little more than an hour to complete. Highly recommended.

Prompt response, got appointment next day, friendly receptionist, showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed problem quickly, reasonable rates, professional, knowledgeable, very pleased and if I need plumbing work again Clearwater Plumbing will get a call. Definitely recommend.

( Jan. 2021) I had huge water bills for the past 2 months due to a hiding leak. I called Clearwater Plumbing right away as I did 6 months ago and they steered me in the direction of a leak detection service (Sonar Bonar) that found the leak and then Cleawater Plumbing came quickly and fixed the problem.Nice, friendly office people, wonderful plumbers! Reasonable rates. Always call them for a job well done.

I called Clearwater Plumbing yesterday after calling two other plumbing companies. Clearwater Plumbing actually had a live person answer the phone and they were able to schedule an appointment for today to install a new toilet. Rob arrived on time and with a smile on his face! He was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleaned up when he was done. He did a great job and I'm so happy that I have a new plumbing company.

Great plumbing company. Have to wait for non emergencies for several days as they are busy. So if you need your drain unclogged immediately you can give them a try, but may need to wait a few days. Their prices are reasonable for services and each time a friendly plumber has shown up whether it be just for an estimate or for an actual work order. This is my 'go to' plumbing company.

Great experience. Company was responsive and on-time. Our garbage disposal was clogged up and the toilet was making a high-pitched whistling sound. Scott did a terrific job fixing both issues in a timely and efficient manner. This will become our go-to plumbing company in the future.

I had two toilets replaced and the staff did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, were very nice, on time, and very cost effective. Also have had them come out to fix clogged drain (kids love toilet paper) and they were out very quick and resolved my problem. Have recommended them to several friends who have all been satisfied.

Scott Giles came out to our condo a couple times to repair a couple different problems. He is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and strictly followed our condo COVID guidelines. Had a new sink along with a dishwasher that needed to be installed. Called Clearwater Plumping based upon reviews. Explained the project and was told a plumper could be out in about 3 hours. After giving info, we hung up. Was ecstatic that I was receiving same day service. 20 minutes later I received a call back from the receptionist stating an opening was available and the plumber was on his way. 10 minutes later a plumber named Eddie showed up. Eddie did an excellent job. I highly recommend as he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. After the job was completed I was expecting a plumber’s bill instead I received a bill that was pleasantly realistic. From now on, will be using Clearwater Plumping for all plumbing services.

They have done some great work at my parents condo building. I considered them for a new water heater for my home, but they only had "6 year" warranty units available for installation. Because of this we went with another local company that carried the "10 year" units we were looking for.

Erin was excellent. So professional and courteous. He took the time to answer ALL my questions and did not make me feel rushed. I’m now going to have a second toilet replaced and request Erin. Ebbie was just here today to remove a leaking water filter system as well as a super old and ready to leak garbage disposal. He was very nice, and professional, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He did great work and I feel the rates are fair and reasonable.

I cannot recommend this company enough! Of course I had company coming ( grandchildren) for the 1st time in two years and I discovered the shower needed work!!!
