Mark was professional, very thorough and went above and beyond to help me with my thermostat and unit getting it back working quickly. Zoe had tried to troubleshoot the problem with my thermostat via a phone call, and when she suggested a technician come out, their prices were very fair and Mark, the technician was there within 30 min of my call. He explained the issue and had pictures to asses the problem. I would definitely recommend and use 1-800-plumber + air again and ask for Mark!

1-800-Plumber + Air are real professional plumbers! I had them replace my old gas tank water heater with a new tankless gas water heater and the job they did is fantastic with lots of extra effort on their part. The installation looks beautiful and I'm 100% satisfied with the job they did. The two guys that came were real pros and went over everything they did very carefully to make sure everything they did was well done! I now have as plumber I can call when ever I need one! I'd recommend them to everyone!

Extremely disappointed with the service from 1-800-Plumber +Air!

I started a job with this company in November 2023, where they were supposed to obtain a permit from the City of Pompano Beach before proceeding with the work. Instead, they did the work, charged for it, and then submitted the permit application. However, the permit never got approved because the company failed to provide all the required documentation to the city.

The last update on the permit application was in March 2024, but after that, the company stopped responding to my emails and calls. Not only did I pay for a job that was never properly completed, but I was also left without any answers or solutions.

I would not recommend 1-800-Plumber +Air to anyone. Their lack of professionalism and responsibility is unacceptable.

Thiago and team are excellent, they follow-up, create solutions to provide value and would recommend their team for last minute needs or bigger projects. We've worked together on several remodels and his team is great at communicating and following up.

Ross did a great job - there was a problem with plumbing that was done previously from the Hurricane and Thiago had one of his plumbers Ross to come back and fix it to make sure we were happy! Worked out great - would recommend them and specifically Ross!
