I had a plumbing emergency and they showed up right away. They technician Brad was extraordinarily thoughtful when doing his work. He was able to figure out that The leak was inside the wall, just by putting his head down there and listening, and he basically knew where to cut the sheet rock in the closet to the pipe that was leaking. I think he must have sonar in his head. Also, while he was sweating on the new pipes, he paid very close attention to how the solder was welding and decided to redo it because he didn’t like the way it felt or looked and then did it again to be sure he got it right

This guy gets five stars and a big thumbs up. My advice is to do whatever it takes to keep that technician very happy!

We have some commercial property in Palm Harbor and B&B helped us with a huge underground leak in 2019 and this year with 2 smaller inside/outside leaks. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the Company and the fine workmanship of their workers. Since we were not on site at the time of the repair, their worker, Angel, called me personally to explain what the problem was and how he would fix it. He also followed up with pictures of the completed job. I considered the whole experience going ABOVE AND BEYOND and I have no reservations in recommending this Company to others.

Sketchy business practices. Had me feeling awkward and weird. Don’t let them on your property. They left me hanging. One of the worst things you can do to a customer. I gave this company a benefit of doubt since they had decent reviews and location less than one mile from me. But from the beginning there was red flags. The woman that picks up the phone is comfortable giving you attitude while the call is being recorded. She said someone would call me back to give me a quote, But she called me back pretending to be someone else to say someone needs to come to my house to see the work and they don’t give prices by phone. I just wanted a PVC faucet installed outside my home. They send someone to your house to take pictures and say they will speak to “The Boss” and get back to you. Then go ghost on you. It’s been almost a week I haven’t heard nothing back. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Take your hard earned money somewhere else.

We were at our wits end, had 3 different companies out to diagnose why water was backing up from the common drain where the unit upstairs ties in with our unit.
We called B & B spoke to Claudia and she was able to send a tech out later that day! Their tech came in diagnosed the issue right away - had it fixed within an hour. Just received the invoice and the charges are more than fair.

In need of a plumber just days before Thanksgiving, I had learned of B & B because they had just acquired my trusted AC company, Patterson International, and if their service would continue with service like I experienced with Patterson, I knew we would be all set with all our plumbing and AC needs. I was definitely not disappointed...the two gentlemen that handled my water heater installation were professional and respectful. I have a tiny area for the water heater, behind two doors (my bathroom door even had to come off to remove the broken heater)...but all was completed with a lot of attention and hard work. I would definitely recommend B&B Professional Plumbing and Air. Thank you.

My AC wasn’t cooling so I called them to schedule an appointment. Victor came out to me within an hour of my call which is great. He needed access to the roof and my condo office needed his company’s insurance and things, so I left him there to get all that. An hour passes and turns out he left because his company wasn’t able to provide the insurance and other papers at the moment. Told the office he was going to reschedule with me. Never spoke to me after I took him to the office. Very unprofessional. I could’ve gotten someone else to fix my AC issue in the meantime. Very disappointed and unhappy.

Fabulous experience! Great pricing for a new water heater - saved so much compared to the other companies we called. Appreciate how quick and kind they were!

Plumber Mike V. Was Very professional, arrived on time and the work was done perfect, he replaced my toilet water shut-off valve that was rusty (original from 1970) and also replaced my toilet fill up valve with a new one. Would recommend for sure

Update (Dec’2023) of course called them again this time with the main pipeline clogged-up and they showed up in a matter of hours and after some test, it seems to have drained and suggested I waited until it happened again, to save me $ if things were already working normal .. did not charge me for the visit .. (something amazing from B&B professional Plumbing and no longer common now a days when service companies want to charge you just for listening). This company is amazing, they remain in my speed dial when it comes to plumbing services and I would recommend them 100% as capable, honest and efficient services

They were not able to come out tonight because my wife accidentally called the wrong company and we are in a different county over 2 hours away. (Our fault not theirs). But they offered to set up appointment for tomorrow.

However. They call back with 5 minutes. The guy stayed on the phone with me tonight and talked me through all of our issues and was able to provide VALUABLE advice and was able to diagnose and help me fix my problems quickly.

He was quick to respond, courteous and all around great guy. Definitely would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Tomas came out to do a tune up service. Now I can sleep properly. I’m not sweating anymore. Tomas provided excellent service and came with good energy. I’d hire him again all the time for my air conditioner needs.

Doing some renovations in my home, my GC got a quote to move a gas lines, thought the proposal was insane so I decided to call around. God was on my side when I discovered B&B, price was half and service was exceptional! Will use them for all future projects, they are honest, hard working and reliable! Can’t say enough good things!

We had constant problems with our backyard sewer connection to the city main for our 1970's St Petersburg house. After years of doing temp fixes, we accepted a recommendation for B&B Professional Plumbing & Air from Radle Rooter for a replacement sewer line, as ours had collapsed with tree roots. We received a very competitive price and they started the next day. Ed showed up on time he and the crew did a wonderful job! We were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them!

My water heater started leaking around 6:00p.m. so I started researching plumbing companies that replace water heaters. I found B&B listed and read the reviews which were a 4.9 out of 5; of course there were a couple of negative reviews but I liked that B&B replied to those reviews with detailed explanations and apologizing to the clients that they received a less than positive experience. I saw that B&B accepted calls 24/7 so I ended up calling them at around 8:30p.m. and spoke to a nice fellow that took all my information and said someone would call me first thing in the morning. I received a text around 9:00p.m. that night from a gentleman named Rocco saying that he would call me first thing in the morning which he did; around 8:30a.m. We spoke and he said he had a technician that he could send out in about 20 minutes. The gentleman named Sean arrived, assessed the situation, went an picked up the appropriately sized water heater and installed it without issue. Both Rocco and Sean were a pleasure to deal with and they reached out to me when they said they would and did a great job!! I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services and I will use them again if anything should come up in the future!!

I have had AC issues for a few months now and had several people to my house. I will ONLY trust Rocco. He is very transparent, lets you know all options. He knows what he's talking about. This man has so much dedication. I have recommended others, only because of him. Keep doing OUTSTANDING things Rocco!

When I made my appt for the garbage disposal repair/replacement, I gave the office my address and she said he would be here between 8-10 AM. He arrived at 11:15 AM after I called twice asking and she said "you live a long way away." Well, then make my appt for 11-12 then. The serviceman, Theo, was very nice, had a great smile, but also said, I live a long way away and that is why it took him so long. Anyway, he installed a garbage disposal with a blanket flat charge which I kinda find questionalble but I was in a pinch with out of state guests here. I see on-line the actual cost of the type of disposal that was installed was not very high so I assume the mark up from B&B is high and/or the labor is very high. The disposal and labor were not broken out on the billing invoice. Not a happy camper with my first job from B& B.

Asked for 24 hour service because my husband had just died suddenly, AC was out, and I had people arriving within a few days, most of them elderly, in their 80s. On a unit they installed a year and a half ago (for $15,000). They did not come in 24 hours. Took days for them to get a part. Then promise to fix it the next morning (now day 4). They did not come until 5 pm when I was due at a dinner for me; had to miss it. Six hours later at 11 pm, the repair which was supposed to take 45 minutes was not repaired. Tech said he did not know why. I had requested someone experienced to come to the site, but no one came. Called customer service and they said a supervisor needed to come to the site. Supervisor never came, decided to guide this inexperienced tech through the job, for hours. In the middle of which i talked to the supervisor on the tech's phone, (on speaker phone) and he yelled at me and accused me of "grabbing" the tech's phone - I did not, I was standing there. The ech was polite and trying his best, but he could not fox it. An hour later, he left, saying he could not fix it.

2 customer service women were polite and kind, but 2 others treated me with disrespect (because I had been upset that they gave me no priority which they promised repeatedly at first.) Every time you call this company, you get a different person. The techs vary: some are very good, others are inexperienced.

Also, they use variable pricing. Use lots of salesman tricks, but the worst is that they try to charge exorbitant prices if u live in a nice neighborhood. When I called the manager on it (on a previous repair, a routine cleaning of a clog) because I knew what it should cost, they did bring down the charge - to 1/3 the price they had on the original bill.

Beware. They are not managing their employees well, and I have never experienced this kind of rudeness, and in one situation, downright hostility, by any service company - I have never written a critical comment about any company before this.

This company is out of control, has numerous problematic or inexperienced employees, seems to farm out customer service calls, so those reps have no power at all, has unethical pricing and has no concept of treating customers well to further business. They were cold, heartless and mean in the days after I lost my husband after 43 years marriage. They just did not care enough to try to do a good job.

Received an AC quote last week from a local shop that seemed exceptionally high. Wanted a second opinion. A friend referred us to Rocco with B&B Professional Plumbing & Air. Rocco came out today and quoted us a much more reasonable price for the AC work. He was friendly, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you, Rocco, for servicing us! Would highly recommend if you need any repairs with your AC!

They set up appointment and never showed up on required time. After few calls customer representative lied that technician is on the way. I took my time off from work to be on time and place and nobody showed up. They still charge me for $49 for visit charge from previous day. Will never call those guys. Very unprofessional. I am editing this review to respond to reply from B&B. My complaint isn't for fee you charged me for Mike's visit in Monday but for Wednesday appointment that was from 10am to 12. Nobody showed up on appointment time. After call to customer service answer was " technician is behind time because he is stuck on job but will be on the way shortly". I call after 12 same answer and I call around 2pm again with technician not coming yet. Customer service representative wanted me to reschedule appointment for another day. Who is going to pay for my time off?

Great experience! Made the appointment for same day service and Elvin arrived on time and quickly resolved the leak issue and cleared my drain line. Great price and a I totally recommend B&B. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs.

B&B is a quality plumbing company that has always served me well. They are responsive and have helped me with both a remodel we did (they redid the plumbing in my bathroom) and with a stoppage we had. Highly recommended company in Pinellas County and Clearwater
