I truly hate leaving bad reviews but as a local realtor I like to always give my honest opinion. I’ve used tons of companies to do multiple quotes for properties & never got charged. This company would not let me make the appointment because I was not the home owner or listing agent, I was the buyers agent. Finally the listing agent or seller made the appointment & this company charged me over $100 to come to a property, watch a sewer scope video that the inspector gave us from the inspection that was done, stood in driveway for 5 mins & then left. They took a week to even get me an estimate & then freaki my charged me. I could have emailed the video to them like I did for 3 other companies & received free quotes. But no they said they had to come to the property. On top of it the property isn’t even mine, as I said I’m the buyers agent. Then they threatened to report it to my credit & lower my credit score if I didn’t pay the bill for the property I didn’t even own. So as a realtor, this company is not on my vendor list I give out to all my buyers & sellers because I don’t want this to happen to any of my clients. I hate bad reviews but along with the good comes the ugly & you need to always know both sides of every company.

One of the drivers of this company ran me off the road on Kennedy Blvd around 4pm on 03/10. I was making a turn and he decided to jump in last second, causing me to drive over the median. Very unsafe driving. I wish I got the plate number.

This contractor is extremely expensive quoting labor at approximately 300% of materials. I went with another contractor who was $1700. cheaper for the same system.
