Ed was working next door when we asked to come over to get an estimate. He scheduled us right away. He showed up on time did a great job! We will definitely use B&B professional Plumbing again.

Great professional service!! Fixed my water heater the same day it went out. Travis was awesome, he basically walked me through the whole process of installing water heater so that if another issue came up I would know what to do. Thanks B & B plumbing!!

Ed Meyer showed up on time, was very knowledgable, he sent a camera through our problematic line, he found one break and gave us a reasonable estimate to repair the system as well as jetting the system with high pressure water. So far I am very pleased with this company. I will post another review after the work is completed.

B & B was very responsive for us for two different jobs over the past week. They were the first plumber we contacted that would actually work around our scheduling needs. The most recent involved having fluctuations in our hot water temperature. Kevin was awesome! He showed up on time and quickly found the problem. He was very helpful in trying to solve the issue of how to quickly replace our on demand hot water system, as a circuit had burned out. We will definitely be using B & B for all of our plumbing needs!

Usually it's a pretty bad day if you're having to call a plumber & water is in places it shouldn't be in your home. I just want to say Ed was such a breath of fresh air on this very stressful day! He was so prompt (arrived within the window they gave me) & so very courteous. He explained what he was going to do to remedy the problem & got right to it. He also didn't leave a disaster behind him for me to clean up. I have used B&B plumbing for several jobs over the last few years, they have straightforward pricing that is very reasonable & stand behind their work.

I was More than happy with the service I received from B and B Professional Plumbing, they were friendly and very professional besides being trustworthy and always on time. My problem started with everything in my house backing up into my tub, a simple repair of snaking was performed, that didn’t work, they came back and tried again and they came back and managed to temporarily fix the problem and I could use the water. They came back again with a video camera and I watched as the camera went through a very bad pipes, corroded, roots, broken. I could see that it all needed to be replaced. They immediately started the work and dug up the pipes and replaced them, the next day when when I got home from work everything was fixed and working well. There attention to my needs was their main concern. I definitely would use them again, and would recommend them with confidence.

WOW WOW WOW! Rocco, Manny and Roc are just awesome! They’re fantastic, awesome, incredible, straight forward, knowledgeable, hardworking and great at explaining the whole job, what it entails and executing to perfection. I may be an out of the ordinary customer because I want to know every detail and want to know the layout and condition of my lines. I want everything explained and they took their time to do just that, and actually seemed to appreciate a customer wanting to know.

Not the same company since it was sold. I originally gave them 5 stars and they deserved it. Now that their are new owners quality of Customer service has gone down hill. I tried to get them to do a water heater and they said it was best to get someone else. So I decided to try them again for a gas line and they did not show up to appointment
Left me waiting for them for the 3 hour window they gave me. Called back they said he went home sick. But no one in the office could apparently cancel his meetings. No respect for others time

This company went above and beyond my expectations! I called for my rental property to check on the A/C unit, they scheduled right away, showed up on time and the customer service was exceptional as they explained everything to me and didn’t just hand me an invoice. Very thorough and professional! As a local realtor, I will be referring them to all buyers and sellers! Their prices are also fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a water leak and all their techs were gone for the day, but Rocco, the Service GM, came after hours and rescued us so we could get water on for the night! Great guy. Excellent service.

My experience with B & B was fantastic. They were able to schedule me in on short notice during a very busy period (I contacted several plumbers who couldn't fit me in for over a week). Wayne and Scott did a great job and were very friendly!

Our water heater let go on a Saturday AM. We needed to address the situation immediately. We called B an B Plumbing based on their Google Reviews. We received a call back within less than 5 minutes and had someone in site within 90 minutes.
Ed was an absolute professional and nice person with a great attitude. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a few hours.

He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each process that was necessary. Jody at the front desk was very helpful and quick to respond and very timely with getting the workers out here. She always sounded pleasant as if she was smiling whenever I talked to her. We had a repair that needed taken care of on our storm drain and from the first call they had " yes we can do that " attitude. I would highly recommend B & B Professional Plumbing and Air

B&B sent out a tech as soon as we could arrange a time. I had been fighting a clogged bathroom for a couple of days but not getting anywhere. The main clog was not in reach of my little spring rooter. The first guy to come out assessed the situation and went back to the office to get better equipment. Still the clog evaded us. Another guy, Brad, figured out a strange use of a plumbing T was used when the house was built. About a half hour later the pipes were working again. Thanks Brad.

Manuel is an excellent technician. Very knowledgeable, great communicator and prompt! A pleasure to work with Manurl and Chris (the tech mansger). Will recommend there services highly!

I called B &b professional plumbing after calling 5 other companies who quoted me an outrages amount for a backed up sewage. Laura in the office was very friendly and responsive, and Sean, the technician who showed up was knowledgeable, honest, and solved our problem in a professional manner. Given that service, I asked him to give us estimate for other plumbing issues that aren’t urgent but deserve to be addressed. I will call B & b for these future jobs!

Mike G was out today. We were very impressed. He really took time to be sure everything was perfect and that we were happy. We highly recommend B & B - everyone has just been wonderful!!
