Justin Sanabria was our tech for today and he did a phenomenal job there was some sort of leak somewhere and our kitchen sink stopped working and Justin fixed it all in a matter of hours. Very friendly and professional and Thank God he was able to get the job done quickly efficiently and at a great price. Thank you so much for all of your help today. Justin, I couldn't have asked for a better tech to come and help today! If I could give a 10-star rating I would 💕💕

I had an issue with a toilet not flushing. I made the appointment last night and had an appointment the next morning. The Technician was on time. He assessed the issue, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. There was no mess either once the job was complete. And bonus, the company has a bunch of coupons on their website which saved me some money. Eduart is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Roto Rooter.

Amazing quality of work. Justin the tech they sent out was very knowledgeable, explained the issue and checked several other things to rule out any other causes. This was a problem that had evaded fixing by a couple of other plumbers we had hired before. Roto Rooter did an amazing job! The process was excellent from confirming appointment to arrival to repair. Highly recommend them.

I am proud to say that Roto Rotor is always my first call for plumbing. I live in Ohio while in Florida my water heater was leaking. I explained the lost of a family member and I need someone to work with me. Jack was understanding, showed empathy, understanding and patience. I give me reasonable price and kept to his word by coming back the next day. I met Chris who was in training but you would never guess by the level of his skills. Jack and Chris went above and beyond to make sure that not only Roto Rotor in Florida gave the same high standards company wide. I recommend calling them first. Their level of professionalism and customer service is superb. I have been a customer for 19 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you Jack and Chris

Excellent service. Showed up on time, fixed the leak quickly, and everything works perfectly now. Very professional and fair pricing. My service technician, Justin S, was knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.

Rain was the best! He not only used grout instead of caulking, he replaced the wax ring with a better model than provided in the toilet kit. Finally, he gave me a greater discount than my military one!

First of all Heather answered the phone. I didn't have to leave a message and wait for anyone to call me back. I live in a mobile home which sometimes hinders cell service. Wen I asked if she could text instead of call to let me know when the tech. would arrive it was no problem. When Nick Waugh arrived he and his partner were quick to point out that the problem was the main line and likely not my reaponsibility. He waited while I called the office and took the number given for a different company who will come to unclog the line. However, the conversation led to the hopeful sale of the mobile home and he stayed almost 45 minutes longer educating me on everything I should or shouldn't do to help repair and sell the home. He had experience with similar properties and he took his time telling me anything he could think of to help me navigate my way through this unfamiliar territory. He was a wealth of information as what to look for on the plumbing when I buy again and what to avoid. I'm confident he could take care of any plumbing need you might have and offer honest and fair feedback if you needed it. I feel really lucky to have called Mr Rooter and met Nick and his partner. They were so kind and respectful. I would not hesitate to use this company and if I were you I would ask for Nick Waigh.

I needed a hose bib replacement for a hose outside. Dude quoted me $1450 for the most simple job could be done in an hour. The ridiculousness of FL contractors is out of this world.

EDIT: I found a plumber to do the work for $195. Stay away from this plumber they are out for your $$$.

I called Mr Rooter to fix the shutoff valve that had broken off the toilet. I had no water in the house and someone was able to make it out that same day. By the time they got out it was late and they told me they'd need to replace the entire line going to the toilet which meant they'd have to come back the next day to finish the job. He tried very hard to convince me to get my entire house re-piped and I said several times that I didn't want that right now and he continued to try to convince me. The following day he came back and went under the house to do the work and now told me it was going to be no option but to repipe the whole house due to most of the piping being poly. At that point he again had to put off the work for the following day, so I still did not have a toilet. Day 3 the crew came out and spent all day repiping the entire house and then the toilet was not flushing properly and the guy heavily implied that it had been damaged before, which it had not been. So he agreed to come out the following day with a part to fix the toilet. They left and I tried to take a shower and while the bath faucet worked, the transition to the shower head would not go. He told me he'd fix that the next day too. He did not come out the next day, although he did refer me to a friend to fix the floor which had water damage, and his friend fixed the toilet while he was doing the floor. So I sent him a message late in the day asking when he was planning to come out and fix my shower. Said he'd send someone out the following day, Day 5. So Day 5 someone else comes out, plays around with the shower for a while, eventually finds a joint that was knocked loose when they were doing the rest of the work and it turns out every time I was trying to switch the water from faucet to shower, it was spraying out the back into the wall and all onto the carpet on the other side. He said he needed to get a new part and come back the next day. So now I have mildewy carpet and water all over the floor, and Day 6 the guy comes back and finally fixes the shower. I know some things happen unexpectedly, but I felt the overall job was sloppy and took much longer than it should have if it had been done right the first time. I chose Mr Rooter because it was the only people that could get to me same day on a Saturday, but had I known they would let it turn into a 6 day ordeal I would have just scheduled someone else for Monday morning to come out and do the job in one day and do it right the first time. On top of that I did not appreciate the pushiness when it came to trying to get me to fix and replace more and more items, basically trying to get me to spend more money. He wanted me to replace the toilet, told me I should get a new water heater, water softener, etc. basically everything he could think of and tried to get me to do all of it asap instead of understanding that I was already spending $5000 just so I could have a functional toilet. The only props I can give them is that they did in fact arrive same day to do an initial investigation of the problem, and they did not charge any extra for fixing the problems they caused, i.e. the toilet and shower issues.

I highly recommend this company & will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. They have completed several plumbing jobs at my grandparents home and when I needed them for a plumbing emergency at my house they were able to come out and fix it the same day. I can’t say enough good things about the technician that worked on my house but, I will try. Christopher C. was very knowledgeable, well spoken, considerate, professional and polite. He definitely did an all around great job! Thank you Mr. Rooter for employing competent, professional employees and making this stressful time pass quickly 👍🏻👍🏻

The customer service responded promptly . When the service technician Dustin McEwen arrived he was very professional and accessed the problem quickly and accurately. He discussed the repair and pricing options up front before doing any service. He seemed very honest and did not try to sell anything that was unnecessary. He worked efficiently in making the needed repairs. I am very satisfied with the service’s provided by Dustin . I would highly recommend Mr Rooter to anyone needing prompt honest plumbing services.

Mr. Rooter and plumber Alex saved Easter! I had a bad backup that was pouring water out of my toilet. We called at 5:30, and by 7:30, a plumber was at our door. Alex was informative and did a great job identifying the problem, showing me the video, and walking me through different repair options. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Clearwater.

Unfortunately, a stump removal from a local "5 Star" tree service tore out my main water line and refused to fix it! Alex came to the rescue and restored service to my house within hours of it being destroyed. He was professional and did an excellent job! Alex was also kind and supportive, which was refreshing after being mistreated by tree company. Thank you you more great work!

Luke came out to my home today for a "free estimate." The young lady I talked to and their site says "free estimate." Wait for it. What he really did was come out to tell me how much he would charge for the estimate. I called to have my sewer drain inspected as I am proactive (I have no leaks now but have been doing lots and getting ready to put in pool). So what he did was went back to his truck and wrote up how much he would charge for the estimate (over 500 for the inspection, over 300 to remove a toilet or something like that...LOL). So as a 35 year construction fellow myself I ALWAYS gave free estimates. And estimates require LOOKING and I never charged for LOOKING. I told him I would pay for the work if we discovered a problem but he wanted to charge me to see if there is a problem...NOPE! I have a relining company coming next week for a free inspection and another plumber coming on Monday for a free inspection and if there is a problem they will be hired. To all the folks out there that would like a free estimate and are more than happy to pay to fix a problem this is not the company you want to turn to as there are many companies that WILL give you a free estimates if you just call around. Someone may get a chunk of my money but not Roto of Clearwater. I was prepared to sign a contract ON THE SPOT if a problem was discovered and Luke just walked away. The world today. Companies walking away from contracts. Zero stars was not an option. SAD.

Nick Waugh was great. He was on time to give an estimate on our gas tankless hot water heater for routine maintenance. I was talking to him about the water pressure in the house and some general questions about faucets. He went beyond with advice and tips on cleaning of the faucets and explained how the water pressure works. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and ask for Nick, very happy he came out. I will be using Mr. Rooter and Nick in the future very soon.

I called initially because of an issue with drain flies in the house. we walked it the first time and he determined the issue was no p trap installed in the laundry room. that was $1900. I then have him back because i continued to have an issue with pests coming from the plumbing and he pointed out that the plumbing connections were assembled but not sealed/glued together. that was $900 for two locations. He then went outside to tell me the line to the city was severely corroded and the whole house needed re-plumbed for $10,000. The house is 900 square feet and has one bathroom. I called back a few days later to see if I could have some minor plumbing corrections made like fixing the faucet aerator and installing a filter for the shower head that I bought online. they were not willing to work with me and I felt the cost of previous projects to be egregious. There was no room to negotiate price on any of the three projects I was quoted for and never received a price for the water softening system that I really needed as the water here is very polluted. I asked for a more detailed understanding of how 1.5 hour of work, with no material, no seal the existing plumbing connections warranted a $900 cost; I could not even get a labor vs. material breakdown. The p trap was slightly more involved but took maybe 2 hours. Seems like price gouging if there is such a thing. I was told I was paying for superior quality...right

Mr. Rooter was available on the weekend without an added cost. They sent a great technician (Rich B.) who arrived when promised, was professional in his evaluation of my plumbing issues, was clear with the quote, and was excellent in the delivery of the quoted service. Rich B. ensured the space was clean after the services, walked me through his work, and then followed up days later to ensure I was still satisfied. Was a great service experience. Highly recommended.
