Logan arrived within an hour. He was professional, explaining both the problem and solution thoroughly. He did an excellent job fixing our leak. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and specifically Logan for your plumbing needs.

Nick showed up on time, assessed the situation and provided a quote immediately. He did an excellent job and was very experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to complete the job seamlessly. We appreciate the urgency he showed and the neatness of his work. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He cleaned up after his job and does very neat work. Thanks to him all our shut off valves work properly.

Adam and Austin did an absolute amazing job! They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Mr. Rooter did a great job by sending these 2 gentlemen to my home to perform the work needed, the same day I requested the service after a leak in my wall. I also had Adam and Austin install a new toilet bowl, one that I chose but not an easy install (in my opinion). But for Adam and Austin they took care of it with no issues, without incident! Thank you Adam and Austin for your hard work. Next time I need plumbing work I will be sure to call Mr. Rooter and request both of them again! I will be sending my recommendation to my friends and family.

I hired Mr. Rooter for a project that turned in to just over two months of work. Austin, Jacob and Andrew were at my house almost every day for two months straight. Typically working 7 days a week to keep the job moving, they were amazing. Austin worked through bursitis in both elbows and always had an optimistic and positive attitude. Austin, Jacob and Andrew were always polite, considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend that if you need plumbing assistance, you request them to work on your project.

We had a pipe burst inside our wall. I decided to call Mr. Rooter because a co-worker recommended them. From the time I called to the time John arrived, it was less than an hour. We were incredibly happy to be working with John and Mr. Rooter on the whole unfortunate event. They were clear and informative on what needed to happen as well as providing us all of our options. They even recommended a flood damage company that has been a blessing through this entire disaster. I can't say enough great things about the company, the way they care, and how they handled our circumstance. I do appreciate their pricing. It's menu pricing. So whether the contractor is at your house for one day or six you pay the same price. I thought that was respectful, and didn't have to worry about a contractor taking advantage of us.

John our contracted plumber was kind and caring and incredibly respectful. We certainly will be using them in the future if needs arise.

Mr. Rooter to the rescue! Our water heater went out the day our daughter's family was to arrive for an extended visit. I explained our situation to the pleasant lady that answered the phone, who relayed the message to the manager, Nic. Nic kindly squeezed us into the schedule, and sent James to asses the situation. James determined the problem, and quickly left to get the water heater we needed. When he returned, he uninstalled the old heater, carefully removing the old parts, and cleaned up the leaked dirty water. James professionally installed the new unit, and tested that it was working properly. He then cleaned up the area, making sure there where no little parts or wrapping on the floor. James was courteous and friendly, and thoroughly explained how to use the new water heater. One hour later, our daughter's family arrived and were able to take steaming, hot showers.

Called Mr Rooter with a clog issue, and they dispatched their technician, Luke, and said he would be there within an hour... Luke arrived in 45 minutes. It turned out that we were able to fix the situation seconds before his arrival, and as promised, there was no service charge for coming out. However, in addition to this, Luke, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable, took the time to make sure that we would not simply have the situation again once he left.

Professionalism, timeliness, adherence to stated charges, and completeness. I would recommend Mr Rooter to friends and family for sure.

Mr. Rooter technicians have been completely professional and have done the job to our complete satisfaction. We've used then twice for different issues and we had someone show up within the hour. Sam gave us a total estimate and was able to complete the job in a timely matter.

I had a great experience, it was emergency they came out 30 minutes after I called, my technician Omer was professional, quick and knowledgeable. I also got a great rate. Overall I highly recommend and will definitely use again he was great from start to finish.

I received many quotes to perform some gas line work at our home. Mr. Rooter came out promptly and provided a quote that was very reasonable and about 2/3 less than what most other companies quoted me. On the day of installation, three technicians were present and not only did they do one of my r home, they then promptly moved down to another relatives home and completed gas work at that residence as well. The price was the same for both homes. I appreciate their promptness, their friendliness and the professionalism displayed by Mr. Rooter’s employees.

Great service from Kahlil and his helper. They took great care making sure all the fittings were done right with my water softener install and changed my main shut off to copper to make everything work well. Very happy and I highly recommend Mr Rooter for any plumbing issues. Good communication, on time, and went the extra mile making sure everything was done right.
