Very professional
He found the problem got to work, fixed it and doublechecked that everything was working correctly. Told me what not to do so it wouldn’t happen again and overall just did a great job.

I’m a new homeowner, so when I lost hot water I wanted a professional to just check everything. Raif was extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing and why, as well as being very courteous and professional. Issue resolved and I will definitely be calling back with any other questions or issues.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable and respectful of our house. Answered all our questions and fully resolved a very bad clog that was affecting the whole line in just a few hours.

Reif was absolutely amazing. First, the company texted me that the service person was ready about an hour ahead, then called when I didn't see the text, and he showed up right on time. He was polite, explained everything clearly, worked with everything I wanted, provided full service (I'd bought toilets ahead of time, but left them in the car just in case, and he brought everything in, took everything out, and left everything as clean as he found it!). When the unexpected came up (as they do with older houses!) he showed me, and handled it, no up charging or shadiness... completely straight forward and solid recommendations! Would 100% use Reif and Roto-Rooter again!! Thank you!

My issue was on a saturday and once I called them on the phone, the technicians were here in about 2 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem correctly and implemented the fix. The technicians were very professional and friendly. I would definitely call them again if I ever have another problem.

Josh and Josh provided excellent service. Josh was very knowledgeable and talked us through everything in good detail explained our options and fixed our problem. They cleaned up everything really well and even sent us the pictures. Five stars

Very disappointed at this company. They promised that they will be at my house at 8pm to 10 pm . They called me to cancel on me at 10:30pm , very disrespectful and unprofessional. If i knew that they would do this to me i would called someone else, but No i waited on them, very unprofessional, again . Lady over the phone did not care how important this is for Family in need . So for that reason i am giving them 0 star .

Root-Rooter came for a problem toilet. We had an insane amount of roots growing into the pipe. Raif was awesome, diagnosed it, fixed it, and did it quickly with a great attitude. Would 100% recommend Raif with Roto-Rooter!

Raif arrived here very quickly and cleared up the tree root blockage in our sewer pipe. He was very helpful and explained our options. We used Roto Router 2 years ago for the same issue and have been very pleased with the company and their employees.

Ray was the tech working on the water heater repair and heating element replacement, communication was superb and job completed within time frame. Excellent customer service and attention to detail with tenant and unit owner.

John did excellent job fixing the problem. He tried different times and persist to find the problem and fix it. I am so glad that John is the person who came to my house . He is professional and kind person. his work is beyond anyone expectations. I highly recommend John for tough jobs for his persistence to do what ever it takes to complete the job.

I've had alot of work done over the years but my service tech John Romano is the most professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and methodical guy I've ever dealt with. The initial problem went from drainage to piping, to dishwasher and he was able to diagnose it all and resolve it quickly with over the top customer service. He truly treated us like family including the dog. Ask for John Romano every time. It just doesn't get any better than him!

Technician Hunter performed the uncloging of the main drain line while Technician Logan performed a camera inspection on the following day. Both, Hunter and Logan were very professional and respectful of my homesite. Questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction. Both gentleman represented the Roto-Rooter company in a very positive and professional way.
I would certainly recommend this branch of Roto-Rooter to my friends.

I just moved to Springhill FL with my family. We had a few things we needed done so we called Roto Rooter and John was our plumber. He was absolutely amazing. He talked withe and made sure I understood everything. He was very thorough and he made me and my family feel safe. He was on time and got the job done quickly

Raif Bixhuli did an excellent job fixing the electrical issues on my water heaters. He was extremely responsive, arrived quickly, and resolved the problem efficiently. His professionalism and timely service were outstanding. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to finish the service was excellent. I made an appointment online, the technician, Jack, arrived within 2 hours. He was able to snake the septic line through the outside clean out, cleared the clog and was done. I highly recommend them for any drain cleaning service.

Called Roto-Rooter to fix the mess another plumbing company produced. One hour after my initial call someone came to look at what had to be done. An hour after that their technician named Raif came by. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient (this coming from a German)! RR saved me from spending extra on something that the original company invoiced me for, letting me know that that was not needed. RR may be slightly a bit more expensive, but they will not rip you off and they know what they are doing!!!
