Nick Waugh was phenomenal. He showed up on Saturday afternoon with very little notice. We have been right out of sink since the Tuesday prior. He was absolutely wonderful and clearing the problem and educating us On keeping our pipes Open and cleared in the future

This company was excellent in the delivery of services. They emailed and called with time of arrival including a photo and name of employee. They really go above and beyond their services. Thank you.

Mr Rooter's techs provided excellent service, we had a leak that was attached to the dock. The techs located the leak, capped it off as requested, not taking long at all to complete the job.

Luke and his apprentice helper Carter did a great job at replacing my 32 year old whirlpool leaking water heater. The unit was soo old that it would not drain so they had to get it out almost full to empty it before taking it away. It was definitely time. They both were very professional and polite. They definitely worked hard!
I recommend making sure you get a pan and pavers ahead of time if your old unit didn’t have any to save you some money but otherwise it was great. I’ll try to add before and after pics here if I can figure it out 😆

Danny Walls and associate came out fixed my plumbing issues. Recommended i get another thing done but it was costly and assured me plumbing fine now but may want to do. I loved he did not tell me or pressure me and in the end I had it done. They were so professional I appreciate that. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a pipe leak in my back yard, Omar was here within a 1/2 hour, very nice young man so polite. He was so professional and fixed that old pipe perfectly. I was request him again if needed plumber.

Great service and friendly staff. Very professional and prompt. Fixed the issue same day. They do use Annie (automated admin that pretends to be human). Only CON for me was I don't think they have weekend hours and I had to wait until Monday for service.

Omer was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to stay as long as it took to ensure the issue was solved. He went over and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of and to prevent future issues. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter! They also text you the info of your appointment as well as info of your service agent, so you know exactly who will be showing up to your home.

Josh and Quintin did an outstanding job during our recent service call. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and extremely courteous. What initially seemed like a routine drain repair turned out to be a much more complicated issue due to hardened material from years of non-use, but they handled it with patience, skill, and a great attitude.

They took the time to explain the situation clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving. It’s rare to find technicians who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant to work with. Hey my name is nicole, I just want to say big shout out and thank you so much to Damien for coming out and giving five star service on our broken toilet tonight it is currently 11:00 p.m. at night and he's been here for several hours to make sure that we have our toilet working. During my crawl space remediation, I was told that I had a leak coming from a bathroom. Called up B&B Plumbing to have them inspect the crawlspace, and it turns out that I don't have a leak after all. Rocco and Mike could've upsold me but didn't, and I appreciate that.

Mike V. Was great. He arrived on time. He was able to repair a shower faucet, which had snapped off. Mike was able to remove the old stem and replace, which was difficult due to location of the break. A previous plumber was recommending cutting through the wall to repair. Mike got it done and functional with no extra holes!!!

Tom and Normandy Woodward are SUPER PLEASED with each step of B and B working with us to tackle many issues over the past two months. I have to say that at the top of our list in outstanding persons/help are Rocco the Overseer of Operations (amazing), Frank Garcia and his partner Matt (awesome), Brian the scheduler (top-notch) and Norman Nickelson (a gentle genius who brilliantly solved a persistent problem). These guys are as professional, courteous and efficient as I've ever seen.

Excellent experience with B&B Plumbing! I had Ed and Jr. out to my house for an issue with my water heater. I ended up getting a new Rheem water heater installed. Ed and Jr showed up on time and were polite and professional! Ed was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I will continue to use B and B Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

They sent me Plumer and told me different astemate and then they told much higher price after they finish I payed 275 they asked for 220 at begging after he finish he said it’s 450 and he didn’t connect the employee sink and they sent me later invoice for the whole amount again and didn’t send no one to fix the employee sink that’s he didn’t connect with the heater they would scam you and hustle you and won’t get your jop done and you will waste money and if I see another invoice from them they will be sued for this becuse they scammers

Absolutely amazing! We have been dealing with an issue with this bathroom for years and no other plumber ever was able to resolve it. These guys did it! They found the issue and repaired the cause, they didn't just fix the symptoms.

From the person who answered the phone, to the service manager who called me back and came out, to the plumber who was getting it done, everyone was professional and courteous.

Josh was great explaining my options for a whole house repipe for my waterlines. He was able to provide the information regarding copper versus Pex B that I needed to make a decision to move forward with the repipe since my active leak was not in a place that makes sense to fix.
