An emergency situation and they were recommended by my meter reader and they came through in a big way. They fit me in and did a great job. Their attitude was one of customer service and fixing the problem with quality.

We needed to replace a water heater. Jessie and Jim were amazing. These men were punctual, extremely efficient as well as humble. They communicated very well, showed great patience and we even shared a few laughs. They made this un pleasant experience a bit more bearable. Thank you, Jessie and Jim. You guys are top notch! I will use Tampa Bay Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

These guys were great! Our hot water heater blew up early this morning - Saturday, March 29, 2025 - and they were able to get it fixed by 2:30 in the afternoon. (I first spoke with them at about 10:20 AM.) They were courteous, clean, professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them!

The gentleman knew what he was doing. Always informed us of what was happening and noted his he would repair it and did so. Also very A-B. No idle time.

Michael did a great job diagnosing and repairing my kitchen drain line which had a leak in the wall and ruined 3 cabinets. Michael knows what he is doing and is very professional. His diagnosis of the problem was corect. He exhibits great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. Michael showed me everything that he was doing along the way. Price was reasonable for the work performed and was the best of three quotes received. He did a great job with minimal mess. I would absolutely use the company again and would ask for Michael.

We had a main drain blockage Sunday night and we called Tampa Bay Plumbing, they came out right away. Byrom, their very experienced tech knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked to fix our problem.. this is the second time I have this company fix a problem for us.

Diagnosed a problem for me that their company doesn’t deal with regarding my well pump. They were honest and did not bill me unnecessarily. I’ll happily call them again knowing they are an honest company for my next plumbing need.

I found myself in a bind yesterday afternoon and urgently needed a plumber. I reached out to my good friend Zack at Tampa Bay Plumbing, and he immediately jumped into action. Zack personally connected me with Michael, who went above and beyond to accommodate my situation and scheduled a technician to come out within just two hours.

Troy, the technician, called ahead and arrived right on time. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing! The toilet in my bathroom, when I would flushed it, the water would come out from the toilet base. Bairam was awesome! He was very nice. After he fixed it, he double checked to make sure everything was good before he left. The prices in my opinion are reasonable. I’m definitely reaching out to them again if I come across any more issues in the future.

Byron did a great job in cleaning the drain lines, and reattaching hot water to the sink. In putting water through garbage disposal, the bottom blew out and it will be replaced. The original intention was completed, but the disposal breakdown makes the sink unusable. Will put that on this afternoon.

What a great job in replacing our other water heater. Bairam and Cody were clean, well spoken, above an beyond work, knowledgeable and left absolutely no mess upon leaving the job. We would "highly" recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing for any work that would be needed in the Tampa Bay area. They never shortcut any part of installing our new water heater as seen in the picture. I have been very impressed with Tampa Bay Plumbing from my first call. I called to ask if they could repair / replace a bad washing machine drain pipe and they jumped on it! I didn't want to overpay for a job I thought was pretty small in the grand scheme of things. 2 other plumbing companies quoted my seemingly ridiculously high prices over the phone. I called TB Plumbing and the rep said I could text photos of the issue and he'd have a plumber call me with an estimate. They were prompt in their response and quoted me a very reasonable price. I scheduled the job and plumber, Aaron, was there the next business day. He was on time, personable, and professional. He got the job done quickly, and it looks great! Now we're ready to have the new washer delivered! Thanks, Aaron! I look forward to using / recommending you all in the future!

Julian and Zack are two of the most trustworthy, kind men. As a single woman I felt completely comfortable with them, their respectfulness and professionalism. I have my plumbers for life!

Mike is a very professional technician who has fixed my heater water leaking from the pipe and replaced the valve on the top of heater. For taking care of my concerns, he drilled a hole and installed some pipe to let it run out of water to outside of my garage.. Anyway, I am very pleased with his service and want to take this opportunity to say thank him for his support!
