We had John come out for an estimate at our assisted living facility. We had a leaky hose and he was very professional. He explained that our nozzel was broken and what parts we would need to replace. Overall service was very quick and he was very kind.

The office staff was very helpful! Called in and spoke to Alex, she was very kind and was able to help me get an appointment booked same day with no service fee. My issue was solved very quickly when the technician came out as well. Would absolutely recommend Apex!

Booking with Apex Plumbing was super easy! Tori helped me through the whole process and even assisted with financing, which made everything stress-free. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step. Very happy with the experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from KG Plumbing. They responded quickly, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was done efficiently and the quality was excellent. It’s nice to find a company that’s both honest and reliable. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

We had KG Plumbing install our new water heater, and the experience was great from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Great service and very knowledgeable team!

I had two different plumbers come out to fix my toilet, and each time it broke again within a day. Jason calci came out, immediately said he thought something was stuck and that it was a seal—and he was absolutely right. Worth every penny. He was friendly, professional, and finally fixed the problem for good. I’m so grateful!

Austin and Vin came out to do a big job. This company hires some great guys! They were thorough, attentive, explained the entire project to me and my wife and waht to expect, and stayed longer to give us the comfort it was all tested and multiple checks. Gave us some maintenance tips for other areas so we can avoid big problems in the future. Overall great guys, great work.

My situation was a little unique - it wasn't a straightforward job, and I really needed someone to come and advise me on how to resolve my situation. This job required moving an exterior sewer line away from the house. I searched for a company that focused on that specialty. APEX did not disappoint. The first thing I loved was someone actually answered the phone. The second thing I loved is that I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of my call. The third thing I loved is they showed up when they were supposed to. I had a quote within 30 minutes which I accepted. Much to my surprise, the guys said – we just need to go get a few parts, but we can do this job today if you want us to. Whaaat? Who does that? Apex does that’s who. These guys were super polite, explained everything they were going to do, how and why. They even presented me two solutions and the second solution they suggested installing a check valve / back flow solution, something I had already contemplated but forget to ask them about. I have worked with probably 5-6 different plumbers over the years but in my mind, APEX exceeded my expectations. I usually try and get multiple estimates, but I felt the estimate was reasonable, the timing was definitely a plus and the representatives of the company (two gentleman – didn’t get their names) really just made me feel very comfortable. I don't believe I would have gotten that type of service anywhere else. The decision was easy for me. Hopefully this review will make it easy for you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PROJECTS OR LET THEM NEAR YOUR ELDERY PARENTS. My mother signed a contract with Apex on 5/2/2025 (It is now Sept) to remodel her shower after a large surgery. Apex has screwed up the remodel multiple times, adding a step for a roll in shower, forgot to put a pipe in after the tile was done and had to redo it. They have left trash all around her house for months. The job is still not complete and she still can not use the shower due to no grab bars installed. I called and spoke to David and he assured me that he would send someone out right away to install a new shower head, pick up the trash and see what needs to be done. He sent a crew out that told my mom they don't do any of that and left. They were supposed to show this week, no call no show. I called multiple times and was ignored by Mike whom was supposed to call me back. Shower still not complete, no contact from the company. Apex should stick to plumbing, they are terrible with project management and follow up.

We had a particularly challenging problem due to the distance from our water heater to some of our bedrooms. They stuck with and found an innovative solution. I really appreciate the attention from both their service personnel and their main office in finding a solution to our needs.

We had an exceptional experience with Tampa Bay Plumbing LLC! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were top-notch. The team arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. They worked efficiently, and the quality of their work was outstanding.
What really impressed us was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They ensured everything was clean and tidy after the job was done, and their pricing was fair and transparent with no hidden fees. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbing LLC for any plumbing needs—they truly deliver excellent service! -
2nd time working with them. Quick, competent, reasonable price, and kind!
Had a kitchen sink clog - was able to get an appointment a few days from calling. Got to us early, called before to let us know when they were coming. Took the time to listen to the problem and let us know what they would be doing and the price before continuing. Answered all our questions and gave good suggestions for if our issue continued. -
I never had an estimate. I had a sink back up which backed up into my laundry room. This has had to be snake several times in the past. When I got the bill I about fell over. I was never told that using the camera was going to charge me $400. I was never told the price of snaking before. I would not have used this company. I would’ve gone back to my other company that charged 1/3 of this price. Shame on me. But I’ve always paid 1/3 of what they charged me today. And I have done this recently. I feel very violated. The technician was very polite and sweet. But I honestly thought he was joking when he told me $820. Nothing was fixed, except a clog was snaked. No pipes no welding no replacing anything. $820. Beware.

Michael replaced a disposal and valve for us. Very nice young man. I would definitely use Tampa Bay Plumbing again.

Would give zero if able, and they OWN ME for sending Hans and Franz to waste my time. I called to schedule a plumber to remove and install a kitchen faucet. Nothing fancy, not bluetooth ect. Repeated multiple times to "dispatch" NEED INSTALLED A WHOLE FAUCET- ME: "How much?". Dispatch: "depends on the faucet, minimal visit $125. usually $250-$350. They will quote you before they begin" ME: "I am not available until after 1pm, and anytime after." "No problem. I will note the account." 12:30PM HANS leaves a message: "We want to come now". ME at 1pm "You can come now." HANS & FRANZ struts in, looks at faucet, sees replacing with exact same faucet and begins to work. ME: "Hold up, how much?" FRANZ: "$440." ME: "NO, not what dispatch said, they said $250-350 max" FRANZ: "Dispatch noted a change in faucet head sprayer." ME: "Say what? I explained to him." FRANZ & HANS in unison: "Dispatch doesn't know anything about plumbing." ME: "I repeated a whole faucet install multiple times." FRANZ & HANS in unison, with a flex "They don't know about plumbing." ME: "Your my first quote, I'll get another. Maybe my son can take time away and he and I can do it. The faucet was only was $250." HANS: "Yeah, its really really simple install." Good bye boneheads-from dispatch to representation.

The toilet bowl stopped filling several days before I could get an appointment. Float system replacement turned into a cracked bowl when bolts were tightened. Older model toilet, so we couldn't do a bowl replacement (time for a new toilet). Toilet replaced, charged for a toilet install (remember, he cracked the bowl, not me). A few days later, I found a pool of water in my bathroom. I called at 4:45 pm; the on call technician told me that I'd have to call the next morning for dispatch, irregardless of having a growing pool of water in my bathroom. I turned off the water and went without a toilet for the night. The technician came out the next morning. Developed another leak that afternoon. I was unable to get a technician out until midday the following day. Another repair. This time, the hose connection was replaced. Thus far, it seems to be ok. Very reasonably they reduced the invoice from a "toilet install" back to the "bowl rebuild" fee.

The team was on time, very thorough and went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend tampa bay for sure.
