Benny from Roto-Rooter was an absolute pro from start to finish. He was incredibly personable—friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to—while also being efficient and clearly knowledgeable about his work. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. He explained what he was doing, offered helpful tips, and didn’t cut corners. You could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of the service and the customer’s experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better technician. Highly recommend Benny and Roto-Rooter!

Justin is an A-1 plumber. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We will specifically ask for him again when we require plumbing done.

Raif arrived in a timely way for my emergency call. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair well. He also repaired another unrelated problem at my request, and helped me understand how to best maintain the drains and plumbing system of my home. I am thankful for his excellent work.

Raif is always super nice and knows his stuff!!!!! Actually as I am writing, while leaving, he decided to change a supply line from plastic to metal. Said "it was the right thing to do ". Not the cheapest, but always the best!!

Emergency service! I blew out a water pipe and these guys were on it! John Romano was awesome! He gave me some great maintenance suggestions also. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

Raifl the service technician was knowledgeable, professional and polite. My insurance adjuster inspected the leak and spoke with the Roto manager, and they agreed it should not cost more than $100 dollars to replace the pipe fitting. But the technician gave me a quote of 700 dollars. I think they are too expensive and next time I will use a different plumbing company.

Austin was very thorough answered all my questions explained all the work he did every step of the way. Austin has an amazing 👏 personality and we are truly blessed 🙌 how he took care of our home. Austin also provided me with good information for issues down the road and advised me of added service like water softener that I would like to enhance my home with. Austin is truly personable and you can tell he puts in the extra effort to show how much he cares about our home. Please give Austin a huge thanks 😊

Raif with Roto-Rooter checked my sewer line and replaced a cap. He is very polite and knowledgeable. I always call him for my plumbing issues! The best!!!

Raif did a great job explaining my problem and was quick and efficient in removing and installing my new toilet. Very professional. Went the extra mile to check for any other leaks around the house and even checked my water meter for any problems.

Had a technician come out Saturday because my hot water wasn’t working in my shower. Told him that I had my washer installed recently and now hot water wasn’t working in the shower. He proceeds to say I need a new faucet didn’t check the water in the back or the valve of the washer. Charged me $105 to try to rebuild my shower tub faucet and then wants me to go to the store to buy a tub faucet set and he’ll come Monday to fix it. Gave me a jug of drain stuff I didn’t ask for. My receipt says it’s for the product on it. SCAM. My hot water just needed to be turned on the valve was closed behind the washer. Cancelled my apt to rebuild my tub for $1100. Technician was RAIF. Not happy and felt pressured to get my tub faucet replaced when it didn’t even need it.. yeah it’s old but check the water valves before assuming something and saying you can try to rebuild wanting to charge me $600. If you can’t you can’t. and he said he didn’t want to be there. Horrible experience
