Needed some unexpected plumbing done at my recently departed grandmother's condo. Apex got out there within a couple days and was able to take care of the problem and let us get back to time with family.

Non-emergency call to Apex to come out for intermittent gas smell from the stove for a week from a tenant. The installer from the company I purchased the stove from didn't put tape on the line going into the stove. Once the installer finished in under 30 min he text me and said he was going to contact his supervisor about pricing since it was quick and easy to see if he could help me out. The manager said to charge for full job.

I warn others to ask for pricing before coming out as you can see this is copied from invoice. No break down of other charges. Even if the service fee is included with a half hour or even an hour of work. This is unreasonable for the problem fixed. I will use another company next time because if I actually need a water heater or to snake a drain I couldn't even imagine what it would cost. I'll make sure to recommend someone else to my friends and customers in this area and the other locations.

These guys are great. I have a big building in Clearwater and they get right out usually the same or next day. Our urinal overflowed. Technician came out and reduced the water level at no charge. I asked for an estimate for a repair in case it did not hold. It did not they honored the estimate and fixed it the same day I called. The tech was professional and cleaned the bathroom floor before he left. I always call these guys.

After getting an insanely high water bill, I really appreciated Mo from the Apex team coming out to find the leak and working with me and my schedule to get it repaired in a timely manner.

Wes was very helpful; it seems that the condo assoc requires their own plumbing vendor but that did not stop Wes from going above and beyond to scope out the problem and give me advice , hopefully the assoc chooses Apex to do the work.

Great company! I had Kheyl as my technician and he took care of my toilet that was leaking from the bottom. I thought I need a new toilet and all he said was I need a new wax ring and to re grout the toilet. The could have charged me a lot for stuff I didn't need but in the end they only did what was needed to solve the problem!

I’ve had plumbing issues for years and called out multiple companies, but every time they just cleared the line and left. No one ever took the time to find out why it kept happening. I finally called Apex Plumbing, and for the first time someone actually diagnosed the real problem which was a break in the line bringing sand and dirt into the pipe.

Bobby, the service manager, came out to camera the line and gave an estimate to replace part of the pipe and also gave me an option for the whole house as well. He explained everything clearly from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and gave a fair price. The entire process went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier, no back ups!
