My experience with this company was great! I try two other big companies before . never had a good. Service done like this -1800plumbe+ air of Clearwater did a nice clean job cleaning my sewer with the jetter system

Very professional always do and recommend what is best for the customer. Always clean up when they leave and when they finish, you do not have to call them to repair the work they just did.

Job was to Install new toilet. After the installation, noticed that toilet was rocking on it's base when sitting on it. Called them back to have it fixed. After the second repair fix about two days later, the toilet started rocking on it's base when you sat on it. Also, the value or hose started leaking. Now have to find another plumber to fix these issues.

Thiago was amazing. He spent the extra time to adjust my shower layout so I could turn on the water without leaning over the toilet every time. I hadn’t even thought about it. He FaceTimed me to explain it and then they knocked it out.

It was such a good solution to move the valve to the other wall of the shower. It was way more work but he coordinated with our GC and I, and we all agreed it was the right move.

I would call him over anyone else for any plumbing needs.

After getting referred to 1-800 Plumbing + Air by our contractor, Ross came out that morning and assessed our leaking water heater. By 3:00 that afternoon, the unit was replaced, old unit loaded for disposal and the work area cleaned.

Yesterday we had an emergency at our home, we are in the middle of moving, and the back out of our house. Drain line was clogged, not allowing user washer and dryer or master bathroom. We contacted 1-800-Plumber+Air. It being a Sunday, I was shocked to get the owner on the phone directly. Thiago sent out a technician who was here within two hours. And then within two hours after that, everything was fully functioning again. Absolute amazing customer service, professionalism, cuddliness,and respect. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Timely, clean, respectful. Overall a great experience to work with this company. The folks they sent out were very complementary of the owner and the company. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. We removed and replaced a kitchen sink. Both employees had a great work ethic and also worked well together.
