Reviews of local pros in Clearwater, Florida

I hired JJ Pro to paint the exterior of my house. They did a good job, but the lasting effect is somewhat dissatisfied. I gave him a little jar of the sample paint color I wanted from Lowe’s. We had talked about Lowe’s, and I thought he’d go there. He went to Home Depot for a “color match.” It failed miserably. The base white paint of all paint stores is different. Even the color drops could be different. Don’t believe me: call any paint store and verify. I watched as they painted the edges, but in the bright sunshine, I couldn’t see the actual color. At one point I went inside for several hours. When I came out, the entire house had been painted ... but not in the soft sage green I loved in other homes. It was more an Easter Egg green. Yes, I was amazed at the stunning and dramatic transformation of a forty year old home, which had never been painted. I now have to live with a disagreeable color that it is not my wheelhouse. I had gotten approval from the park office for my colors. They are very fussy, and want to keep this park up to a higher level. If I had it to do over again, definitely, I would (1) be at the store when the paint is ordered, check it, and if it is wrong, will not accept it; or (2) check the paint when he arrives with it before any painting is started, or (3) buy the paint myself. If you hire JJ Pro, I strongly urge you to buy the paint yourself.

John and his team did an awesome job with the exterior of our 2-story home in Valrico. John worked closely with us to find the perfect unique color pallette we wanted. We were also doing roofing, carpentry and gutters at the same time. John was on time with all commitments which made the work with the other contractors go quick and smooth. In the end we added a few items to the original contract and were charged very fairly for the additional work. On top of all the other work this was started at the same time the pandemic started. John and team did a great job with safety precautions. We are axtremely pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family..he already did one other house in our neighborhood.

We've used JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , as our pest control service for about four years. We appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness. Since they have been servicing our property, we have seen a marked decrease in pests, spiders and insects. We highly recommend Ker and JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , and his team.

Wow. John and his crew, with the leadership of Dustin, JJ Pro Painting did a fantastic job painting our home in Bardmoor. Attention to detail was a priority for the crew. Communication from John regarding scheduling was top shelf. He always texted to get our input if there was a question regarding issues that cropped up during the project. We interviewed a few of the “Big Player” painting firms in our Seminole area and disliked their loosely worded written proposals. Never any detail as to the brand of paint, how many coats and method of application. JJ Pro wrote down what they were going to do and far exceeded the specs and our expectations.
Do your research, allow John to quote you, and feel confident choosing his firm. We are very pleased.

I hired JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , two years ago for my business and they sent a reminder that it was time for another service. Booking was easy and they showed up on time. The technician was kind, knowledgable and professional. Will use them again.

John and his guys are my new "go-to" painters. I cannot say enough good about the quality of the work and the quality of his team. I am picky and specific, he knew that, and he delivered. We had our entire house brush and roll painted. They did an excellent job using the Sherwin Williams product we selected. Three coats, a Kilz, and two finish coats. I used JJ Pro because I received an excellent recommendation from a previous customer who I know is a picky detail guy. Excellent choice! JJ Pro is a quality painter, delivering quality craftsmanship by a team of experienced painting professionals. I expect you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend!! Kevin responded quickly to my request for an estimate for having my sectional and oversized chair cleaned. By far, the best estimate for cleaning and was able to complete when I needed it done. Again, highly recommend, very reasonable and very professional.

Great job and so easy to work with. Kevin goes above and beyond. I had them clean my entire house and the carpets were like new again . Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Castle Keepers. I would use them again in the future.
Dr Robert Marvenko.

Our carpet was flooded near the bathroom, our walk-in closet and into the bedroom. We called on a Friday night, hoping to set up an appointment for the next morning. Kevin called us back within 30 minutes.

When Kevin arrived, he was very prompt and timely. He was also very thorough in examining the situation. He explained everything very clearly, and was very fair with the pricing. Best of all, he did a fantastic job! Everything looked like new. The water from the carpet and walls were removed. Highly recommended!

Crew was polite, hardworking, with good equipment. We were very pleased with the results. Especially the furniture cleaning. We highly recommend Castle Keepers and will call for future needs. Also, we thought the price was reasonable.

Their workeds arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time after notifying me they were on the way. Both young men were personable and professional. My rugs were cleaned well. I would use them again as well as refer the company to others.

Castle keepers did an excellent job of cleaning approximately 1800 ft.² of tile in our home. They were very professional and we learned a lot about caring for our tile in the future. They were very punctual and timely arriving and completing an outstanding cleaning of our tile and grout. The job was finished at the price we agreed upon. We will have them returned annually to clean particularly the high traffic areas. We strongly recommend Castle keepers. I

Kevin and the crew did an amazing job cleaning my floors. They were knowledgeable, polite, and did an excellent job!☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent job! Thank you Kevin for eliminating completely the stains and the heavy dirt on the traffic zones. My carpets look like new!

Castle Keepers did an incredible job bringing my 10 year old couch and upholstered chairs back to life. They look so fresh and actually feel clean! They also did an amazing job cleaning my kitchen and porch tile, it honestly looks as good as the day it was installed! I would highly recommend using this company to refresh your home and furniture.

I just had to take a minute to leave a review. The gentleman that came to clean my carpets did very good! The carpets looked wonderful! From the moment he walked in he gave off such a positive energy. Very friendly and uplifting to be around. He took pride in his work and came in on his day off and was a very very pleasant person to be around. My dog peed on him and he didn’t even care lol. Strongly recommended for anyone needing there carpets done. If you want good quality work and a guy with incredible energy call them!

Wow!!!! I never expected my carpet to look this amazing again!! Carpet Keepers arrived on time, was friendly, personable and efficiently completed the job with perfection. Thank you Kevin for having such a superb company and Cody and Derrick for a job well done. 😃

I walked into my office 6 AM to find about 1/3 of the office flooded and unusable. Made some calls and was recommended to Castle Keepers. Kevin and his crew were there shortly, by 8:30, and got the water out and started drying things out. It took 6 days before everything was dried out, but Kevin came in every day and checked the progress, including weekends, I didn't need to rip out any carpet, baseboard or drywall. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and Castle Keepers.

We contacted several companies before contacting Kevin at Castle Keepers to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. Those other companies called back several days later. We called Kevin, he immediately answered and had someone out the same day. They did an awesome job at cleaning my dads carpet that had not been cleaned in years. Kevin is very professional and on the ball. His team was professional, courteous and did an amazing job at returning the carpet to like' new. Thanks again for your amazing service, we appreciate ya! We highly recommend this company. YAY and you answer the phone. You are the BEST!

Kevin and Cody from Castle Keepers Carpet Cleaning & Flood Restoration gave me unbelievable next day service at a stressful time in my life. They cleaned all my carpets, some area rugs and all the tile floors and grout in my house. They were hard workers, efficient and went above and beyond to help me within the schedule I had--literally giving me next day service. My floors look great and I can't thank them enough. I very highly recommend them!

I had Castle Keepers come out to my apartment when I first moved in because the carpet wasn’t as clean as I felt it could be. Cody and Noah were my technicians and they were an absolute joy to work with, it took them about an hour and a half to clean my 3 bedroom apartment and the difference was night and day! And the price was really affordable too! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
