We had our bathroom reconfigured which involved cutting the slab and moving everything around. I got a few quotes and this was by far the most reasonable. Jordan was referred to us by our Realtor, Cindy Simo when we bought our house in Baldwin Park. Upon moving in, our AC Broke and Jordan immediately referred us to Omar from Frozen Air AC. Further, our roof was likely needing replacement in the next year or two but elected to pull the trigger so that we could replace when we wanted to and not when we had too. Jordan gave us an honest quote and his folks cleaned up better than anyone else on our block who had their roof done at the same time. We reached out to Jordan with United Construction in mid December for a replacement roof. Jordon was very responsive and had the initial estimate ready within just a couple days. Once we made the decision to go with United Construction we reached out to Jordan again. Jordan stopped by our location with sample shingle colors and we signed the contract. Jordan handled all the permits within a week we had a date for the roof install. All necessary supplies showed up on time and without errors. The installation crew was on site promptly at 7am on the day of install. The team’s attention to detail when dealing with the old roofing products was impeccable. The team draped all of our shrubs and garden beds surrounding our home, making sure that nothing was discarded into these areas. When the team finished around 7pm, they cleaned up everything and left nothing untouched. Blowing off the grass and drive to make sure nothing was left behind. The team showed up at 7am on day two and was finished by noon. I would highly recommend United Construction to anyone looking for a very reliable and professional roof replacement.
