We can't express our gratitude enough to Empowered Electrical!!!!! Billy, Trent, Joseph and Alex (and to anyone else I may be missing) were all wonderful and stayed on site until 11:30 to make sure we had power after our breaker box caught on fire! Scary for sure. They arrived within 2 hours of the fire. His parents even stopped by in the evening to make sure he ate dinner. Not only that...Billy's mom joined me in the car as I was trying to cool off in the AC, and she talked me off the ledge (as I was in pre-nervous breakdown mode.) Wonderful family, wonderful employees!!! You would be remiss if you didn't use them for your electrical needs. (Sorry it took so long for me to get this review in as you were here a few months ago.)

Empowered electric services is a awsome company. Recently will at my sister's place in Snellville GA. They had a hard rain which kicked out her electrical receptacle on the front and back porch. I called the Empowered services at 9 pm , Billy (the owner of the company)stayed on the phone for an hour walking me through how to the fix the problem . He walked me through step-by-step on what to do.
Empowered is my electrical service company back home in Florida. He does all my electrical work at my home and my rental properties

I had to take down my earlier 5 star review to replace it with this new one. Empowered on the job just in the nick of time. Picture is of my breakers (melting) there were burnt wires also. The boys at Empowered kept my house from looking like the picture=melted and burnt. Everyone at Empowered is great, nice professional and experienced. Use them, you will be happy you did.

Wow. Billy was amazing to work with. He came in more than a timely manner to help with some electoral issues with my new home. They made sure everything would be safe for the future. Billy even cleaned up a mess from a cord the left some burn marks on the floor. I won’t work with any other electrician. Just know you will be taken care of as a customer hiring empowered electrical services.

Billy and his team are like no other electrical company I've worked with. Yes, they are excellent at their craft but what really sets them apart is their obsession with giving back to the community. Even the name is a nod to improving themselves and their community. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with Empowered! They ran a network cable through my mom's attic so she could get all the bandwidth she pays for. Her neighborhood has a ton of wifi devices (ring cameras, etc.) and no matter what we tried the signal was always poor. Mom works from home so this is very important for her to be able to earn a living. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the house. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Trent & Brian installed a power surge protector on my house. They were quick, professional and did an excellent job. I have a Big electrical job with a hot tub and pool coming up. Empowered Electrical will always have my business! 👍😍

I reached out late on a Friday evening after business hours for a non-emergency issue, and he still responded right away. He scheduled me for Saturday morning and arrived exactly on time. He evaluated the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair flawlessly.
The work was clean, professional, and well documented for property management. He was also very respectful and veteran-friendly with his pricing, which I really appreciated.

We had a loose wire in one of our outlets that connected to ceiling lights in another room. The first electrician we called gave up and ask us to call someone else. We called Empowered and the next day Trent their tech came out and absolutely worked every angle to find and solve our problem. Had it not been for Trent’s tenacity we would’ve had to cut drywall and re-wire the hallway which would’ve been time and cost consuming. We Very much appreciated the effort Trent showed today and the team at Empowered.

Billy and his team over at Empowered Electric are top notch. I initially called them because I was having a one of my outlets not allowing my washer to stay on and as they came and did their assessment and discovered that my panel which is over 26 years old was starting to have discovered wires, which is an indication of it beginning to fail and potentially become a fire hazard.

They suggested that I get both of my breaker panels replaced because it's beginning to fail, and if I don't take care of it now, it could be a larger issue later. So I decide to move forward with him and his team and they were able to take care of everything in one day. They handled all the logistics and kept me informed every step of the way. Even going out of their way to make sure my family was comfortable, even though we had no power throughout the day. I highly recommend this company for small or large electrical situations at their property.

We have been using this company for over 5 years. Recently Brian and Jonathon replaced a new electrical panel for us as well as a new lighting fixture. I had Empowered Electrical Services remove 20 year old track lights and install canless lights in our kitchen. The employees that showed up to do the work were very polite, professional and courteous. They made sure we were informed of everything they were doing. As a bonus, they even replaced all our electrical outlets and light switches in the kitchen to more modern ones. Job well done!

Highly recommend empowered electric! Had these guys set us up with a transfer switch for a generator. They helped us pick out the right generator for our needs (which we purchased separately on Amazon on sale). They told us which high quality wire plug to get with it and helped put the generator together for us. Walked us through how to use it and how to use the transfer switch. Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and fast work. Communication was great as well and they were fast to schedule service. Will definitely use again.

Our home was in need of an extensive electrical project, and from the beginning Billy was fantastic in the discussions and planning of the project, assembling a team, and most importantly a timely completion date. They arrived at 6:30am on a Sunday to get started and were finished within the day. Shockingly wonderful service. Thank you empowered electric.

Just had a great experience working with the Empower team. Brandy, Cassandra, Brian and Brian were great to work with. They did a great job communicating with us before, during and after the project. They came up with a solution to our problem I hadn’t even considered that was code compliant, functional, and much better aesthetically. I noticed after they left that they had taken the time to place some extra sealant in a difficult to reach area that almost no one would notice, going above and beyond to ensure a long lasting product for us.
