Want to say thank you to Richard Ruszala and Matt Spina for all they did for me last week. We had a lift rented for the day and was pulling wire when we discovered one of the wire cuts was damaged. Fearing that we would have to rent the lift for an additional day I contacted Richard about the damaged wire. He not only dropped what he was doing and found me another wire cut but also went and got it from another store and drove it out to me. Thank you guys for all the hard work. It makes us feel good knowing that there are those that understand we could have lost money that day but because of Richards quick response we stayed on track and completed it in one day. Thank you

Approximately 2 months ago my husband left a lens cover from one of our light fixtures at the store in order to receive a replacement estimate. A month later after NEVER receiving the estimate my husband went to retrieve our lens cover only to find it had been DESTROYED. We have received false promises that it would be replaced but to date our lens cover has not been replaced. Now we will have to seek relief through Small Claims Court. This business is dishonest, unethical and has no CustomerService skills. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I’ve gone here for a rare circuit breaker and miscellaneous electrical supplies. I recommend knowing what you need when you get there. They are a very nice people, but they’re really not there to educate us. They’re just there retail good supplies, but I really like the place and glad they exist

We can't express our gratitude enough to Empowered Electrical!!!!! Billy, Trent, Joseph and Alex (and to anyone else I may be missing) were all wonderful and stayed on site until 11:30 to make sure we had power after our breaker box caught on fire! Scary for sure. They arrived within 2 hours of the fire. His parents even stopped by in the evening to make sure he ate dinner. Not only that...Billy's mom joined me in the car as I was trying to cool off in the AC, and she talked me off the ledge (as I was in pre-nervous breakdown mode.) Wonderful family, wonderful employees!!! You would be remiss if you didn't use them for your electrical needs. (Sorry it took so long for me to get this review in as you were here a few months ago.)

Empowered electric services is a awsome company. Recently will at my sister's place in Snellville GA. They had a hard rain which kicked out her electrical receptacle on the front and back porch. I called the Empowered services at 9 pm , Billy (the owner of the company)stayed on the phone for an hour walking me through how to the fix the problem . He walked me through step-by-step on what to do.
Empowered is my electrical service company back home in Florida. He does all my electrical work at my home and my rental properties

I had to take down my earlier 5 star review to replace it with this new one. Empowered on the job just in the nick of time. Picture is of my breakers (melting) there were burnt wires also. The boys at Empowered kept my house from looking like the picture=melted and burnt. Everyone at Empowered is great, nice professional and experienced. Use them, you will be happy you did.

Wow. Billy was amazing to work with. He came in more than a timely manner to help with some electoral issues with my new home. They made sure everything would be safe for the future. Billy even cleaned up a mess from a cord the left some burn marks on the floor. I won’t work with any other electrician. Just know you will be taken care of as a customer hiring empowered electrical services.
