Top notch professionals. The amount of time they took to make sure everything was functioning correctly and explain our new system was something we had never experienced before. They went over and above our expectations.

My system started warming up on a Saturday night (August 2025) and by next morning it was at 85 when I usually set it to 70 degrees. Had already an appointment set up for October with Global Cooling but when I called with the emergency they showed up next morning with SUPER VICTOR. A courteous, educated, honest and well trained technician that after a few minutes found the problem and fixed it. Always explaining and giving recommendations with a cheerful smile. God keep blessing you Victor and giving you health and happiness!

Excellent work.. Tyler was very courteous and knowledgeable of the HVAC system we have. He patiently answered all my questions and gave helpful advice on the maintenance for our unit. I will be requesting that he be our technician moving forward. Thank you, Tyler !

My system shut down and I called Global Cooling on a Saturday. A technician came out right away and inspected. He found a bad compressor and he didn't mind showing me the tests he was doing. I did not need to worry about whether I was being sold a new system for nothing. I know enough about appliance repair to follow what he did and he was completely honest. He scheduled us for a new system and he installed two temporary portable a/c units. Two days later, the new system was installed expertly and professionally. We are totally happy with the work, the product, and the service.

Victor was great!! Very nice and walked me through the process of what he was doing and keeping me informed the whole time. Gave me options since these issues are never cheap, but made sure I had a clear idea of what needed to be done. He was very personable and made the process much easier. Thanks Victor!!

Tech was very professional and great to work with. They got me back up and running on an exceptionally hot Florida. They were able to get to my house same day, within 5 hours of calling in my issue and back up and running in less than an hour from arrival.

Gary R. was amazing. Very informative and professional. He explained the issues with the system in layman’s terms. The team was in and out and the service was exceptional.

Avie was fantastic! He arrived right on time to service our AC units and quickly diagnosed everything with a friendly, professional attitude. Tyler did a fantastic job servicing my AC today. He understood the issues I was having and made thoughtful recommendations to help with the problems I was having. He went above and beyond by driving back when I had an issue shortly after he left and fixed everything and made it better than it was before.

Victor provided me with wonderful customer service during his visit. He carefully inspected my AC system from top to bottom, described all of its components and how they worked, and clearly explained the problems he was seeing with my current system. He helped me to identify various options to pursue and did not pressure me to go in any particular direction. A+ ++++

Cali and Anthony came to my home for routine maintenance. Cali has been the one that usually comes and he is Amazing and with the best customer service!! This visit, he introduced me to Anthony as he was new to the company and was working with him! WOW!!! n Anthony was very professional and had also been very customer service focused!! After talking with him and seeing both Cali and Anthony together, all I can say is this is the "Super Outstanding Team" and the service they provided was Excellent!! I also am so impressed that every time Cali comes, he calls me ahead of time and asks me if I need anything, or can he bring me a cup of coffee!! I am a Classic Ms. Florida and promote business services, core care development and community outreach. Today, I am promoting honest, dedicated and 2 individuals that made the difference providing exceptional service. We had a fantastic experience with this AC repair company, and I especially want to recognize our technician, Avie. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain what was going on with our AC unit in a way we could easily understand, and he never made us feel rushed.

Avie’s kind demeanor and helpful attitude made the whole process stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running properly before he left, and it was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right. Having someone so pleasant and skilled come to help us was such a relief.

I highly recommend Global Cooling. They were fast to respond, punctual and the tech Victor found the problem, thoroughly cleaned all the lines with acid, vinegar and nitrous to make sure the line flows perfectly. He was kind, quick and professional. He really went the extra mile and knew his craft.

Oscar and Daniel arrived at 7:30am as promised. They worked endlessly changing the air-handler, adjusted the drain pipes and installed the UV protection and the compressor and condenser assembly. They were very professional, courteous and did a very clean job. We are very satisfied. Thank you!

We absolutely can’t say enough good things about Global cooling and Cali Melendez. Our AC went out around 9pm. We called Global cooling and in a very short time Cali arrived, found the problem and had it fixed in no time. Cali is very professional and extremely friendly. I highly recommend both Global cooling and Cali to anyone that has trouble with their AC. Thank you Cali, you are a “COOL” guy!
