We recently contacted Global Cooling and had an air conditioner technician come to our home to fix a mechanical issue with our heat pump. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Davielle was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the problem, as well as our payment options. It really struck a chord when he expressed his concern that this issue was an expensive repair since we are entering the Christmas holiday season. His expertise was apparent, and he worked diligently to get our system running again. In today’s world where speediness, profit margins and a company’s bottom line are the golden rule, it is rare to find someone who truly cares and exemplifies great customer service. He showed compassion and empathy, all while representing his company. We highly recommend Davielle to anyone in need of HVAC service!

I had an after hours AC service call tonight. AC unit just randomly turned off, or so I thought. Until Victor Gonzalez arrived, and within 30 seconds he had diagnosed the issue. Victor had my AC up and running in no time! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, transparent, and punctual. He truly does his work with positivity and enjoyment. He was very forthcoming with preventative maintenance suggestions and troubleshooting advice. Global Cooling is fortunate to have him on their team, and anyone reading this would be as well, to have Victor maintain their AC.

The technician Victor was knowledgeable, friendly, and just all around a very nice person. He got me up and running on a Saturday thanks Victor. I have a yearly service contract with Global Cooling, however, I did think their fee to come out on a Saturday was extremely expensive, but that’s no knock on Victor. He was awesome.

The tech came in, did a through inspection and discussed the condition of my system. I knew it was old and would eventually need to be replaced but I was the one that brought it up and we didn’t discuss that until he evaluated my unit. He was very thorough and told me what my system needed to operate at peak performance. I asked him the cost of a replacement system and was shocked at how reasonable it would be. He made sure it was running well before packing up his tools to leave. Did one more inspection before he left. It was nice to deal with such a knowledgeable tech whose only thought was to get us running again. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a crew come out to service my very old unit and quickly realized it was time for a replacement. The installation team was fantastic—professional, polite, and efficient. I especially enjoyed working with Oscar and Daniel; they were outstanding. They installed the new unit and didn’t leave until everything was completed and spotless. I highly recommend them!

This Global cooling company has never failed to do anything short of professional work. The past 3 yrs they have been there. The techs that come out are all highly skilled and professional. From the appt call to letting you know they are on their way, to send a photo of who will be in your home is top notch.Thank you Global.

Would highly recommend Global Cooling!! They have been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish and we are excited to keep working with them for regular maintenance. Being a homeowner can be very stressful and they made everything so easy for us. Victor is an absolute gem! Daniel and RJ did the new ac installation and they were so wonderful!

Rae got here before the time scheduled which was awesome. He quickly inspected my unit and figured out what was wrong with it. In less than 30 minutes my AC was blowing ice cold again. Great company and great guy. Thanks!

Global Cooling has been a huge help servicing and maintaining our HVAC system. They have come out to us 5 times to service our system, replace a blower and capacitor, clean air ducts, and mold/contaminant removal (pictured). Each tech that has come out was knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Prices are fair and parts are backed by a warranty. Highly recommended business if needing AC repair or services.

I met Brian Bernier for the first time. He performed maintenance work to our a/c unit and he did a very good job. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He also gave some recommendations to keep the unit running properly.

Global Cooling and Heat did an excellent job setting up our new AC. From the start, Victor and the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When our old unit started having issues, they were always fair and transparent—clearly explaining what was going on, what our options were, and never trying to upsell or pressure us. Davi and Troy did an amazing job being thorough with their HVAC system maintenance! They made sure the drainage system was good and even crawled under the house to make sure there weren't any clogs. They also checked humidity levels and other possible issues I need to be aware before the next florida summer hits and the equipment I would need to enjoy a nice cool summer. This is a review after several visits from Global Cooling.

"You get what you pay for." Well with Global Cooling you don't just get excellent and FAST service, but unbelievably polite and friendly technicians. In fact it would be easy to call them friends. I have dealt with Gary, Joshua, and Cali and cannot express how respectful and sincere each visit has been.

I was a member of their subscription service from the very first visit. I called in the morning and by the afternoon (it was 95 out) I had cold air again. It's more than just pricing, it's how you are treated as a customer. You could shop around, find the dirt cheapest quote and take that gamble. I am a mechanic by career and can fix a lot of stuff, but I am not risking that with my my A/C, especially here in Florida! They offer warranties on everything they do.

I did not want to write a review until after several visits. I wanted to see if the membership held value and how subsequent visits panned out. Overall, the membership has broken even with the discounts I received from repairs/upgrades. That means I received free cleaning and inspections with no cost thanks to that membership. So for me, someone with an older a/c system, it was a no brainer to subscribe.

If you are someone that values service experience, speed, and a warranty, than I HIGHLY recommend Global Cooling. If you are price-hunting and complain about every cost, maybe get that one persons uncle to do it. After it breaks a few months later, call Global Cooling and they'll probably fix it in an hour lol.

This company is excellent in every possible way. With temperatures in the high 20s to low 30s, my HVAC system decided to take a break. I called global cooling and someone answered my call and was able to set up and appointment immediately. Our technician Brian showed up before the estimated time of arrival given. He was exceptional in more ways that one, extremely polite and explain everything he was doing or about to do. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Adding to my previous review (10/16/25): CALI came out to repair my unit (a frog decided to climb on the circuit board and that didn't go well for the poor frog) - Cali fixed/replaced it in under an hour and I was back up and running! Great service and under warranty! He also completed my biannual maintenance while he was here to save the trip and free it up off my schedule from next week.

Previous review (4/8/25): Avie came by today for regular maintenance on the system. I had it put in 1 year ago and have ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT from day 1! Power bills have gone down, house is SO comfortable. Love the smart thermostat and ease of use, scheduling, change it from anywhere. Everyone I've dealt with at Global cooling have been super nice, friendly and genuinely want to do a good job. This is the second time Avie has come by and he is extremely pleasant and concerned with doing a good job, making sure everything is in tip-top shape. I can't give anything but the highest recommendation for this company and all it's employees. Super pleased. Love the system, love the company and employees. Keep up the great work!
