I have been maintaining my own pool for many years. Recently it got out of control and I couldn't get the chemicals balanced or the algae to go away. AJ pools came buy in a week or so got it so I can swim in it again. I am very happy with the job. Thank you. One less thing I need to worry about.

Really had an unfortunate experience with AJ Pools - our pool was fine before they started, and now 3 weeks later it is in terrible shape. Sides of the pool are dirty, now the levels are off and it looks super cloudy. We spoke with the pool guy each time he came to explain what we expected, and it just got worse and worse each week. I called the owner Andrew to explain my dissatisfaction, and he said he come Monday (3 days later). Now I'm without the pool (it's so bad its unusable) for the weekend - my only time off work and Andrew was just not willing to make it a priority. I told him if he couldn't come today then I would discontinue service and he was just perfectly fine with that. Didn't even try to retain our business. I would avoid AJ pools at all costs.

Just wanted to share a note on the GOOD experience I had with this company . Previously I had another company and my pool was not being cleaned properly. We are not here all the time and our previous pool company guys knew that. Our pool didn't get cleaned very well as we were not here to check weekly. They didn't seem to know how to run the salt system properly either. We would show up at our home when they didn't know we were coming back to Florida from out of state, and find all kinds of things not working or clean. We switched to AJ Pools and have been very happy. AJ came himself to inspect the pool the first time and got things back on track and fixed some things. He showed Lance who is our main (and same guy all the time) how our pool was to be maintained. Lance has done a great job and is always friendly. AJ pools has restored my faith in pool services... Being a first time pool owner I didn't know much about them. AJ arrived on time, answered all of my questions and even gave me a complete A-Z tutorial explaining everything! I have been working with Andrew at AJ Pools for over a year now. He has been great. My pool looks terrific. I've worked with other pool companies before, and AJ Pools has by far kept my pool is much better, healthier condition. Andrew takes care of the pool and the filtering system (which some companies just say they do)..He is also a really nice person to work with. I had to have my pavers/roof cleaned and he changed his schedule (a few times) to make sure he could clean the pool right after. Customer Service goes a long way!

Andrew is wonderful to work with. Just tell him your concerns and he has a solution. He is very reliable, dependable, knowledgeable. If he can't help, he knows other contractors that can. He has been taking care of our pool for about 10 years and we have no complaints.

I’m going to start by saying I’ve been using this company for multiple years. In the past when AJ was actually taking care of pools the service was amazing. Now that he has others cleaning pools, the work is awful. Not only do they lie about performing services, they just don’t clean. I would suggest finding an alternative company. Side note when I confronted AJ about the lack of service he blamed me for not knowing what a clean pool filter looks like and threatened to sue me with his family of lawyers if I did anything to hurt his business.

AJ Pools is always my go to when it comes to my pool. Not only do they help keep my pool in great shape, they’re reliable, too! When my pool pump began having issues, AJ Pools came out same day to repair the pump! Thanks for the great work, awesome team and incredible service. I highly recommend AJ Pools to anyone!

I went through two pool guys. They both said they can fix my issue, No problem, yet still I had the same issue. A friend told me about AJ pools and I called. not only was he quick but he told me what the real issue was and replaced it. He did not try to up sale me and for that I will be loyal to him and recommend him to anyone.
