I hired this company last year and everything was going well. One day they tell me I have a leak and it's causing them to buy more chemicals, and they're losing money on me so basically I need to fix asap.

I immediately call my contractor who was hard to get ahold of and schedule a leak detection. It was just 2 weeks later and the owner calls me very upset again basically yelling telling me again he's going to need to charge me for more chemicals and that he can't go on like this - big drama unfolds.

I explained I am trying my hardest to fix the situation, maybe we can pause service until then? find some sort of solution? but without extra money he just decides to tell me "good luck finding another pool company" he calls his employee on the spot and has him leave without completing service. I am writing this here because I'm shocked to learn how disposable customers are to them. How little courtesy I was given just leaves me without words.

Max and Fernanda are magicians with pool service. My pool had been neglected and in no time at all the made it clear and beautiful. I no longer spend anytime maintaining the pool myself, just enjoying it. Their price was the best i found for a pool service in Fort Lauderdale.

I have had a lot of issues with a pool at the house I just bought and they have worked relentlessly to fix the many issues.

Living in South Florida it’s hard to know who to trust but these folks are some of the good guys out there. When we bought our home in So. Fl. the seller recommended that we keep the pool service because "they were nice" . We did not know anyone else nor did we have contacts at that time. We followed his advice and figured that we could/will change services soon. That was 7+ years ago and some of the best advice. Crystal Blue has NEVER let us down. We have been more then satisfied. Always professional. reliable and attentive. The pool always looks great. If there is an issue with the pool Fernanda is right on it. We pay our charges monthly with our credit card automatically. So easy :). I recommend Crystal Blue Pool Services Highly. Oh yeah They are nice!!!!!!!
