Do NOT use/hire **BEWARE**

If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would.

These people were hired to pressure wash our neighbors roof & and the chemicals they used not only killed the neighboring plants and shrubs but also rusted our vehicles.

The owner is completely unwilling to assume responsibility and disrespectful in the worst way.

We are a active duty military family. We were preparing our vehicle for resell and this guy basically spit in our face and damaged the resell value of our truck.

Please do your self and your community a favor and never hire this sad excuse of a business.

I had my house painted and my patio-deck pressure cleaned and sealed. The paint job was a little sloppy, with a few drips on the patio, the driveway, and the black stone work on the house.

When I pointed these out, I was told that these were from my previous paint job, which was about 20 years ago. The drips were not that old.

The pressure cleaning of the patio was OK, but not nearly as nice as in their ads. I realize that my deck is old and faded, but I had hoped for a better result. Also, the pavers are very porous and so they are not really sealed completely. I was told that sealing the pavers completely would be too expensive due to the cost of the sealer.

Finally, he left without putting the hose reels back on the house. My wife did it because she didn't want to call him back to do it.

They came on time, moved my furniture in orderly fashion. They pressure washed my coping around the pool, sitting area, path to back yard and patio area where we eat. I would recommend Mr G’s to anyone. There prices are more than fair. Thank you for doing such a great job. Grace Ann P

I had my roof and walkway cleaned, received courteous and efficient service. Mr G did a very good job. The only draw back was the smell of bleach however that is the nature of this type of cleaning.

Estimate information on their site is not specific and when asked for details it was not accurate. I wanted the interior and exterior of my gutters to be cleaned. In the details of the Deluxe package, I did not see any mention of exterior cleaning. So when I ordered the Deluxe package, I included a note at the bottom stating that I needed the exterior to be cleaned. I never received a response to this note, and was told when they arrived that I only ordered the deluxe package with no additions. For the future, this company should include specific information in their estimates about what is included and what isn’t…I wouldn’t have purchased this service if someone had responded to my note with the actual price of everything.

Mr. G came out to my home to pressure clean my sidewalk and my roof (long overdue). He left both looking brand new again! Not only did he arrive on time, he did a phenomenal job, was extremely professional and offers very high quality work.

Initially discussed quoting and pricing over the phone. I asked what the service included with pressure washing and was told sanding and sealing. When the gentleman showed up to my home the price for the service I needed tripled. I really hate doing business with businesses that want to make recommendations that double to triple your price. I’ve used other services and never paid this much for simple cleaning. I have a pressure washer and kids that do this cleaning, however wanted a professional to come and do it right. What disappointment for the price! He could at least wiped down my front door from the dirt that came up from the wash job he did.

Did an AMAZING job at my father's house!!! The roof looks brand new and the driveway, walkways, and patio look incredible! We had him seal everything, as well. They gave a fast quote, were very professional, and truly did an amazing job. A big thank you to Mr. AND Mrs. G!!!!! :-)

Called to get my fence cleaned. Loved getting a quick quote via email. Received a text for an appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Started cleaning fence and offered to clean up my driveway and paver stones for a reasonable extra cost. Everything looks great! Will call when it's time to get the roof cleaned. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing! I submitted a request on the website and got a call back right away. The other companies never even bothered to respond.. Mr. G's was amazing. So efficient, priced reasonably and great customer service. My town requires residents to clean driveways and sidewalks so this place did an amazing job.. I am attaching the before and after. Definitely will recommend for anyone to use in the future if you are in the Coconut Creek area. You will not be disappointed.

Giovanni did an amazing job on our roofs, he is very professional and a nice person to deal with. We highly recommend him. Also he is insured which is important. There are lots of roof cleaners that have no insurance this was the number one issue for us.

Very disappointed. Charged an additional $300 after the fact claiming he didn’t include terrace in his quote even though I told him terrace, back yard and dock. He was supposed to clean all windows and doors which looked worse afterwards. Left spots and debris everywhere. Also didn’t put any furniture back left furniture on top of each other.
Said he would come back to clean windows better and never came. Now he doesn’t answer my calls or texts. I will dispute the extra $300 charge since he abandoned the job.i do NOT recommend this guy or this company.
