If zero stars was possible that’s what they’d be. I had issues with three appliances which we did not end up fixing, but I paid the $150 deposit anyways. After having them come out for a few appliance repairs I noticed the wood flooring in front of my dish washer was lifting. I called the company who forwarded me to the tech who came and delivered service, David. Easily the worst repair man I’ve ever spoken with and swore up and down that he did no wrong and there’s no way it was him. I attempted calling the company back to attempt to get the $150 back for damages, now receiving no answer each time I call. Update: I’ve never used my dishwasher because it was broken (and never connected to water). I opened my dishwasher this morning to use as storage for pans to find the entire bottom of the dishwasher is full of water. Terrible company. Terrible technicians.
Service that this company and the service man Robert were above perfection. He was very nice. He explained everything he followed up. Ordered the correct washer dryer for me they fit perfect installed and yes that area, nice and clean. I will use them again when needed and I will recommend 100%!

Outstanding customer service. I contacted them on a Friday evening and Monday morning - part in hand- they arrived to fix a glass stovetop that I accidentally broke. They were courteous, prompt and a good value. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair.
