It's always a pleasure working with United appliance repair and their technicians to fix my dryer recently. They're very proficient very professional they always get the job done.

I was impressed with the same day service. My refrigerator freezer was acting up and Tom (serviceman) returned hours later to complete the job. This was on a Friday and he didn’t want to delay over the weekend. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining what he was doing.

Robert is fantastic! He has saved us multiple times in the past few years with quick, reliable appliance repairs. He is always kind, personable, and transparent. He makes the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I called for an issue with my dishwasher and a few hours later it was fixed. Robert the technician was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

I’ve now used this company twice, first for my oven and most recently for my ice maker.

Both times they did an excellent job. Their service is quick and reliable, with very fair prices.

The first time I called fairly late in the day and they still managed to come out the same day.

The second time, I called late at night and they came the very next morning.

Both times the repairs were done right and the service was professional.

Poor customer service! Would not recommend this company to anyone. When confronted about an ice maker that cost me 400 he got upset because his daughter was in the truck. Ice maker only lasted 9 months.

After reading your review, I expected a response to make yourself and your company look good just like every other respondences you made to single star reviews.

I asked ChatGpt to recommend a local appliance service to repair a dryer. ChatGpt recommended United Appliance Repair-SAME DAY SERVICE, and to make sure the company was in Cooper City, since a national company has a similar name. Within hours a tech was at my home, diagnosed the problem, disassembled the dryer and fixed it.

Tech was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Although it wasn't the result we wanted, we felt the service was high quality and will be calling United back should we need appliance repair in the future.

First time using this company, I was told it’s $85 to show up, sounds good he showed up very quickly but after a 2 second look at the fridge he said he has to run a test to know what is the problem, and the test is $200, so I paid $200, the test is literally just unscrewed the back of the fridge and tell me the compressor is broken, better get a new fridge or fix it for $1300. it’s no more than 5 mins for the test can and the whole visit I had. I then called another repair company and they could just tell me on the phone it’s the compressor. I feel like it’s over priced for what they do. Would not use this company again.

I called on Saturday and they were at my house on Sunday, looking at the washer. They ordered the parts and in three days they were back to finish the job. Amir is very professional and friendly, came in time work fast and no mess. Will continue working with them and definitely recommending them to all my friends. Thanks

I am amazed S. Florida still has honest and responsive businesses. I called on NYE day for a broken dryer. Amir, my technician keep me updated on time, was in time and fixed it immediately. Surprisingly, no holiday up charge and fantastic quality work. I would highly recommend them.
