Reviews of local pros in Cooper City, Florida

Mr. Yates is an awesome human being and businessman. My home has never been cleaned so well, and I’m so happy to have found this company.

We will certainly use this great service again — the attention to detail is very much appreciated.

Thanks, thanks, and thanks!!!!!

Chris and team are amazing. Always courteous, polite and they do a great job. I have been using their services for pressure wash since the last 7 years. Always a job well done ! This time I asked for a gutter cleaning and they did a great job. Highly recommend Yates power washing. Chris is the best !!

We’ve been using Yates for years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them! They’ve cleaned everything from our driveway and sidewalks to our roof and windows, and they’ve never let us down. Now that our home is an investment property, we keep calling them back because they’re just that reliable. They're super efficient, and the communication is always spot-on, so we know exactly when to expect them and what they’ll be working on. The team is friendly, and professional, and clearly take pride in what they do. If you're looking for a power washing company you can count on, it's them.

Chris the owner is a very friendly and personable guy. We called him for a quote and he was there same day. He gave a time for the next day when his team would be there to clean and they were there right on time. They finished the entire job quickly and did a good job. This is a good company!

I recommend them highly
Chris kept in touch and did a great job
Love the look of my sealed pavers

I am extremely satisfied with this company.
I called on a Saturday and Chris came by to give us estimate on the same day.
He said they would send out workers on Monday. Promptly on Monday morning they were here. They did a fantastic job cleaning our roof. And for 1/2 the price from another company’s estimate!
And they were able to do my mom in law’s roof and driveway on the same day. With confidence I can recommend this company.

Chris at Yates Powerwash was very professional and did quality work on my driveway and pool patio. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Chris is definitely my go to guy if I need anything pressure cleaned. Roof, sidewalk, driveway, pavement etc. They are very professional, patient and do a great job.

Yates Power Washing did an amazing job! I got the works done — roof, back patio, driveway, sidewalk, and exterior walls. Everything looks brand new. They were quick, professional, reasonably priced, and provided quality service. Highly recommend!

Chris the owner of Yates Power washing and his team did a phenomenal job on pressure washing and sealing our driveway pavers. He is an honest and hard working individual and values his work. Very punctual and overall a super nice person to talk to. We will continue to use him for our future needs. Our driveway came out so good!

Chris is the best! He knows his stuff and is out there working hard with his crew to make your property look its very best. We have used him for years and highly recommend him! He recently cleaned our solar panels, pressure washed our home and now resealed our pavers! YATES is the pressure washing company to go with!! Just look at the difference he made to our neighbor's home when he recently pressure washed it!

We used Design Your Cleaning for almost 3 years. We used them for a move out at our apartment and moved in at our new home. The experience was above our expectations so much that we kept using them for 2.5 years. The only reason we stopped, is because we moved out of the area. Kim and her team are top notch and I highly recommend them.

The best day of the month! Such a nice refresh to the house. Kenese did a great job, very kind, friendly and thorough.

Reliable, affordable and super diligent with their work! Highly recommend 😊

I used Design Your Cleaning service right after I had my baby and they were wonderful! Kim (the owner) even did my first initial clean herself which was really nice! It was so nice to not have to worry about the house being cleaned while I was recovering from having my baby. Highly recommend!

I had a great first experience with Design Your Cleaning. It was nice walking into a nice clean house after a crazy day of teaching. Everything was cleaned and put back. Beds were all made and bathrooms looked great! Thank you for doing such an awesome job and making my night a less stressful!

So friendly, good with my dogs and detailed and efficient in cleaning!

The Cleaner was named Veronica and she did an excellent job!

I have been using Design Your Cleaning for a few years now and they have been the best! They have always been able to accommodate me when I need to change my cleaning schedule. I have had a few different cleaners within the company and they are all amazing and do such a great job. Prices are very reasonable as well. I’ve used other cleaning companies in the best and Design Your Cleaning has been the best!

Cathe Grippo has been cleaning my house for about a year and I highly recommend her. She is always on time, knows what to do and does everything well. She is a great asset to your company.

Design Your Cleaning has been a very easy house cleaning service to work with. Kimberle is wonderful to communicate with and book through when my house really needed a cleaning. Always answering phones and emails quickly. Brittany cleaned my house so thoroughly and thoughtfully with excellent attention to detail. My home has never felt so clean. Even my husband noticed how amazing and sparkling the home looks and feels. I'm super happy with my cleaning and can't wait for the next time Brittany comes. Thank you Brittany and Kimberle!
