The Maids crew did a great job cleaning my house. They were organized and proficient. Cleaned the blinds and all the way to carefully dusting the dining room chandelier! I was very pleased!

Communication would help decrease these problems. So, at least one maid speaking English would be a bonus. If the girls could replace each item by moving it back into its original position it would save me going around after they have left shifting things around, especially furniture. I would like them to ask me before throwing anything away. A few things were unnecessarily thrown out.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The last times they had come to clean the cleaning was very superficial and not deep cleaning which is what I wanted. I was in contact with the organizer to ensure that the cleaning would be done more in depth when they came the following visits. I gave their service two more tries before deciding it was not the cleaning that I needed or cleaning at all. Stains on the floor that were there before the cleaning continued to be there after the “cleaning.” In addition to this I had a watercolor paint stain on a table that they didn’t remove because they simply didn’t clean the table, I went back and was able to remove it with one wipe of water. Apart from that, they ruined a coffee table book I received as a wedding gift. I understand mistakes happen, I contacted Carolina to see what solutions they could provide. She said she would send me a new book at next cleaning, when I said I would be cancelling the service because the cleaning was not for me she then started saying that the coffee table book that was ruined needed to go through inspection in order for a new one to be provided to me. This incident took place well over a month ago and I have yet to receive any update from Carolina despite my reaching out once a week to follow up on the status of my book. Now she has disappeared. I would not trust or recommend this service for two reasons: 1) the cleaning is not well done, they tell you they will send 4 cleaning ladies and they end up sending 3 who rush through the entire job without cleaning in depth 2) they ruin decor and don’t take ownership. Look elsewhere

They are well worth the money. Always very thorough. I have used them weekly for several months and the service keeps 8mproving.. not that it needed to improve. The back office is outstanding and have a great experience changing cleaning times or days...

A team of 4 arrived on time, they worked diligently and finished my home in about 2h, which is nice because with one person it can easily take 6-7h. This frees the rest of my day. The staff was very nice and took instructions well. I will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely love these ladies. Edda, Mileidys, and Sailim take such great care of our home and are incredibly thorough and attentive to detail. They are also warm and kind and take extra care around my children’s rooms and toys.

It’s pricy but the outcome was sensational. The three woman from The Maids were happy and cheerful and worked diligently for 2 hours. They were very proud of their work and our apartment looks spotless and wonderful. It’s totally worth the price!

The Maids provide great detail cleaning. They aim to please, and when you ask them to clean a spot again, or show them how you like the cleaning to be done, they are open, positive, and super willing to do it again. Melissa, the person who answers the calls is great. She responds in a very fast manner and gets you the information you need. She aims to please and I am so glad that The Maids have hired her. She is very professional as well as the rest of the cleaners. They are polite and professional. I have set up reoccurring weekly cleanings due to their amazing first impression.
