These guys are great. They are courteous, efficient, not messy & know how to fix stuff. They called me when they were in their way. I also got emails with exact time on the day of service. They fixed my new GE refrigerator, the bottom freezer door not sliding corrrectly, I ordered part, he installed pretty quickly and resealed the rubber part on it. Then, another guy fixed my LG washer. It was spinning of balance. Changed out the shocks, again, pretty quickly. His name was Richard, very pleasant to talk with. Hands down some of the best repair guys ever. Everyone should use these guys. Glad Sears is still around fixing everything. Thank you again.

My technician was friendly, courteous, professional. He went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. He’s the best!

If I could give a zero I would. Sears has went downhill over last 30 years. Everything is outsourced customer is in the Philippines. I have been without a dishwasher over a month. Everyone promises it will be replaced under warranty cause parts are no longer available but no one has done a thing. Logged over 39 hours on phone with sears 27 people and still at square one. Run!!!!! Never use them! I will not be renewing my contract after 30 years!!

Richard was right on time and went to work right away. He was polite and attentive.

He did the replacement parts repair quickly, due to his experience, and while I noticed a noise after upon use, he was called took my call and told me just to wait as see if the noise from new parts goes away. If not then just let the company know.

Excellent service provided in an efficient manner by a very professional and knowledgeable service representative who was prepared. What a nightmare!!! Do not spend your money with this company. My fridge started changing it's temperature and the control panel was not working... It has been 2 months that 5 different "technicians" came to "fix" and they just made it worse. Each one come with a different diagnosis, order a part and the next one that comes (2 weeks later) decides not to replace the part. They send different technicians and they do not fix my fridge. The 4th one that came was able to make it work, the freezer was making ice...made it work in 90%...he ordered a new compressor. Yesterday, a new technician came and decided not to replace the compressor and I don't know what the hell he did that my fridge is not working at all. This is so frustrating and disrespectful. It feels that the are playing and don't give a damn thing to fix it. These technicians are not competent/ knowledgeable.

Before walking into the house, he made sure I understood exactly what he would do, my choice of actions and rates, if I would choose not to accept services. Sears Technician was very knowledgeable, answered and explained questions. He made me feel safe and confident, glad I used Sears to fix my Frigidaire ❤️🙏🏻

Ramon did a great job! Got here at a moments notice and fixed our fridge, reasonable charges. Cleaned up afterwards and overall did an amazing job!!! He knows appliances very well and explained everything he did. Recommend for sure!!
