They hanged up on me when I asked if they speak Spanish. Not professional.

We were charged $101 ($90 fee then taxes and a fee for using a credit card) for a 5 minute visit just to be told the appliance could not be fixed. Will never use this company again. The company goes by SureFix Appliance Repair in their communications with us.

Do not call this company to do anything for you. It is a well-organized robbery. They come to your house to fix the appliance and give you their card to call them for warranty after the work is done. When you call them, they will not answer the call, the number on the card does not exist, when you call the company number they tell you it is not them even if you have receipts and proof. They operate under different names. Please do not use this company, they are the ones who write their own reviews. I imagine the technician who came to fix my appliance could have killed me too because I was home alone the day he came. Since they said it was not them. It is really dangerous. Do not deal with them.
