We started our the pool last month with Brisa Pool and we're very satisfied with thier service and our pool technician. He make sure that our pool is clean and keep the pool water chemistry balanced. We are away for the whole month and they took care of our pool they let us know that the pool water was low so I need to ask my neighbor to add some water. Thank you Brisa Pool Services. Last summer, we hired Brisa Pools to refinish and re-tile our 18-year old pool. From our first meeting with our project manager, Neal, to the completion of the project, Brisa Pools was a pleasure to work with. We had received quotes from other pool companies and Brisa Pools was a better value. Their attention to detail in the design, including small border tiles on the steps and spa, added to the finished look. Phone calls with questions or concerns were answered and handled promptly to our complete satisfaction. Everyone from the service manager to office staff to the owner, Markus, made us feel that our happiness with the job was their ultimate goal. Since our pool refinishing was completed, we have been using Brisa Pools to service our pool. Our service technician comes consistently on the same day each week and makes the pool look pristine. We have recommended Brisa Pools to our friends and family who have also been highly satisfied with their work and professionalism.

No need to search for another pool service. Brisa is great. They have been taking care of my pool for over 2 years and they do a fantastic job. I can view their work weekly using their CompanyCam link which is great when I am away. Their customer service is great as well. They will inform me immediately through text or phone call if chemicals are needed or if there any other potential issues with the pool. They are always friendly and helpful. I am definitely a happy customer and would highly recommend them.
