BEWARE, company provides poor service at high cost. Practically stealing for the job they did, I had them clean marble and claim that moisture would not come out, then I called another cleaning company which cleaned it no problem. Find it hard to believe that was a coincidence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, bunch of liars.

Company buffed terrazzo floors that appeared to be in very bad condition. The floors turned out beautiful. The shine restoration was brought up so that they looked brand new, resulting in many positive comments.

A more Professional, Polite and Thorough company you will not find. From Start to finish SOS is on top of everything. They confirmed my initial appointment and were on time. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very accommodating when it came time to negotiate a few add ons I needed. The final product was spectacular. I know it sounds to good to be true, but it is all true. A service company that actually delivers extraordinary service. I will be using them for life and I would recommend them to everyone. Great company. Everyone from start to finish, estimate to finish job were excellent. Ron, his men and Ryan who recommended were all 💯 %. My wife (that’s what counts) and myself are very happy with job done as discussed. No BS, no, what we can’t do, but what we will and can do to make you happy. The men went above the scope of work. They came to do my marble floors! I had them come out once before and they came back to touch up. So responsive, Ronda always answers her phone, the crew is great! Super helpful! I liked them so much I asked for an annual service to keep the floors shiny!!

I am so happy with this company for doing exactly what they said and making my marble floors look amazing again! They were very nice from the first moment I got in touch with them all the way until the work was done, even when a couple days later I noticed a spot on my floor they came back out and cleaned it without any problems. I will definitely be using them regularly to keep my floors like new.

Technician took quite of bit of time analyzing my floor tile grout cleaning job to make sure he quoted it correctly and set the right expectations. The results were great! He even cleaned and sealed other areas at no cost! I highly recommend them.

I called them to clean the bathroom in my house, the floor and the shower. They arrived on time. The large bathroom has a marble floor as well as a shower. After 10 years of use, neither the floor nor the shower had any shine. After about 2/3 hours of work, I was very pleasantly surprised by what they did. The floor and the shower had that old glow again.
I was very satisfied with the work done and every dollar I paid was honestly earned. I will recommend them to everyone, and when I need a similar service, I will call them again.
