Adam was recommended to me by our real estate agent when we first moved to Miami and we were lucky to find him. It's hard enough to find a reliable contractor and from the beginning, Adam was responsive, on-time, and extremely professional. He and his team remodeled two of our bathrooms, re-paved our driveway, re-tiled our front and back porch, and replaced our columns. We live in an older home in Miami Shores so there was always new things to discover as we pulled back the walls, but Adam stayed on budget, completed the work on time and he and his team were a complete pleasure to work with. He was upfront with all costs and and took the time to explain everything he was doing so we never felt out of the loop - we will continue to hire Adam for all our contracting needs and recommend you do the same!

Access General Contractor did a great job repairing a huge balcony that required wood framing and stucco work. We had tenants living at the house and worried about the impact an extended job would have on our renters. Communication was great with Adam. Workers were on time, professional and worked hard to get the job done according to plan and ahead of schedule. Even the renters were impressed!

As a result we have a bathroom/bedroom remodel which is spectacular in interior design, style and architectural elegance. Adam and his crew are AMAZING!!! We hired Adam to do a whole house renovation. From beginning to end, the communication was on point. I always knew where we were in the process, and it was a long process. Adam always assured me that everything was being handled. My house looks like it came off HGTV. It's exactly what we wanted. If you’re looking for someone who actually gets the job done right the first time—this is your contractor. They replaced three doors with permits, repaired stucco, and gave my entire house a fresh paint job. Everything was clean, precise, and done to a high standard. No shortcuts, no headaches—just solid, professional work. Hard to find that level of reliability these days. Would 100% use them again.
