Time on search said open at 8:00 am but from what I experienced the time is for the employees working.
The main entrance door for customers stated they are open at 9:00 am!

I hired Kitchen Art to remodel my kitchen early 2010. I had them reface my cabinets with thermofoil, install granite countertops, a new sink, install a glass backsplash and complete floor tiling with travertine. The granite installer was great, the glass backsplash and travertine tile was also fantastic. The cabinets, not so much. Within a year they started to peel and melt. Now, two years later it is peeling and melting all over the place. Contacted the company, and they said it was heat. It's peeling where the coffee maker is located, where the toaster oven is located, and all around the microwave and stove. I contacted Kitchen Art and they are willing to repair it for $600. They do not stand behind their product, and in my opinion installed thermofoil better suited for an office or bathroom. If heat melts their product, why is it installed in the kitchen?? Hire this company if you are willing to relocate anything that creates heat in your kitchen. You can put your coffee maker in the bathroom and the stove in the living room. Use it as a table. Also, Gail Jones is a monster to deal with. 2/24/15: fixed by them and melting again!!

Very nice staff to work with. I even received a follow-up call to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to decide if they should update their kitchen cabinets. The remodel went very smooth. They are top notch.

Kitchen Art is truley a 1st class operation, from communication to customer service and most of all their grade of workmanship.
All of the employees I have dealt with have been highly professional, neat, clean and courteous.
I can't say enough about my experience with Kitchen Art.

Needed 4 cabinets to complete a remodel. The salesperson was just rude. She said they were too busy to be bothered with a small order for builder grade cabinets. The original order came through this company and I had the order number. Again, made it clear they couldn’t be bothered. They only deal with the trade.

I have been a Kitchen Art customer since 2001. I have used them in three of my homes. From office staff to field staff they are great. They go above and beyond. They are the BEST. You can’t go wrong in choosing Kitchen Art to create the kitchen you have always dreamed about.

Been in business since 1989 - and haven't updated their design style since. Kitchen Art recently did a kitchen for a client of mine and they used all door cabinets rather than drawer bases. Amazing, in this day and age, that anyone would design a kitchen like this, especially for senior citizens. According to the client, drawers were never suggested.

Extremely rude people!!! I have 2 kitchens to remodel so I went to their showroom, there was no one available to talk to me. I left my phone number, no one called back. When I called, the person that was on the phone was extremely rude and explained to me in the most condescending tone that they are too busy and not interested in helping me! Well if you want to save time go straight to the competition, there are plenty of other companies that do kitchens, and you will certainly get a better service.

They were hired by our contractor to manufacture and install new closets, a laundry room, vanities for our bathrooms, and a new kitchen. The moment we saw them we immediately contacted them to remove the closets, and vanities as they were not what we ordered, they did not fit, and the quality was substandard. When we questioned the custom closets we were told just to enter them sideways.

Once they were paid by the contractor they refused to finish the job and left us without handles, shelves plus we had to hire another company to do the cutouts for the appliances.

I would not recommend this company and do not pay them up front if you are stuck using them.

I have worked with numerous businesses in my life and none have been as rude and insulting to a customer as Kitchen Art. I am glad to see other reviews posted saying the same thing. I was told twice I would be called back within a certain time frame. The third time I called after both previous time frames had passed, the person who answered was completely insulting. I will never do business with this company and recommend against it for anyone who would like to be treated as if they are a customer and not a bother.

I highly recommend kitchen art! I did a complete remodel of my house and en trusted Kitchen Art with my new gourmet kitchen and 4 new bathrooms, along with a mudroom, bar and TV unit. They turned out fantastic. Everything from the design process to the installation has gone smoothly and any corrections that were needed were taken care of promptly and with great care. The team at kitchen art is wonderful and Paul designed the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that I could have ever dreamed of! I would use them again and again!!

I wish we could give negative stars, because this is what this company deserves. If you want top quality kitchen cabinets and countertops, stay far away this company. If you want great customer service as well as friendly customer service, stay far away from this company. Kitchen Art uses the cheapest materials and all of their cabinets fall apart (literally) within less than 6 months of normal use and they don't stand behind their work or products at all. I live in a community with 387 brand new homes and the builder (GL) used Kitchen Art to do all the kitchens, and needless to say, I'm not the only one in this community who has major problems and a horrible experience when dealing with Kitchen Art on warranty issues. My suggestion is to stay away from this company.

I called this company over warranty work and spoke with both Karen and Melinda, who runs the warranty service. I find the overall length of time, and lack of concern for my inability to somehow let this company know to fix their orders on my warranty issue very amazing. I do think eventually this will be fixed, now that a workman has come in May of 2022, but he must completely reorder and then we'll need to reschedule another appointment before I have resolution.

I had a work order for warranty put in to Kitchen Art from October 2021 (7 months ago). I called Kitchen Art in January 2022 after never being contacted about the warranty issue that was put in. I spoke about the fact that an order was in and should be for one drawer and two door fronts. At that time, Kitchen Art had two warranty issues, because I had personally put in a warranty about my glass shelves that were installed too small, and completely fell out and broke inside the cabinet. That work order was placed in November 2021, and today, May 4, 2022, Kitchen Art arrived with the new glass shelves and installed them. They look great, and I believe they will be good shelves that do not break, and that is what I ordered and paid for in October 2021. Thank you!

On the first warranty issue, we are still waiting from October 2021. I'm not sure what I as the customer could have done. I am still without correct drawer and (two) door fronts from October 2021. Please note I can verify I called and informed Karen at least once prior to today that the first work order from 10/2021 was incorrect, because it was improperly installed originally, so two door fronts and a drawer front needed to be installed (not one door front). I called several other times with the same message, but did not write down who I spoke with.

Today I had an appointment and the workman came with his :ONE (Wrong kind) of drawer front, and I don't think this is his fault.

His company clearly does not see how I could be concerned that since October 2021, this was their first attempt to come to my home for the drawer and (two) door fronts. I got no apology, even tho I had spoken with Karen to correct this prior to today. I will again post here once my warranty issue from October 2021 is completed, and I hope to give a good report. I believe their workman does do good work, but perhaps the company should try to listen as a customer calls to inform on the work order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our cabinets have literally fallen apart. They won’t take responsibility. Should you need to replace kitchen cabinets in a brand new home? No not use this company to their cabinets. They don’t stand by their work or their product.

After having a Kitchen Art installation done six years ago, it became necessary to modify the outdoor kitchen in order to install a roll-up hurricane door. My sales rep dispatched two of the nicest and most talented people to cut off an entire cabinet section and rework the end cap. From the photos, you can see that it looks like the cabinet that was removed had never been there at all. In addition, they reconnected the electrical outlet and propane gas tank. This was a small job and probably more of a bother for this vendor than anything, but they willingly agreed to do the work, and I am extremely pleased with the result. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I encountered the worst customer service at this place. The showroom is beautiful, but the service is absent or worse.
I met with the designer, sent the plans, waited for 2 weeks, then texted, left messages, emailed. After a dozen tries, I got a response that he was on vacation and will start working on the estimate.
I waited another 3 weeks, then tried contacting but got no answer.
It cost me delays because I had to find someone else and start over.
I called Wendy to ask if I could come in just to see one door sample because their place is near my house. She said, "I don't want to waste my time because you are not buying from us." My response "I would love to buy, but you are not selling to me. I waited almost 2 months."
I pleaded with her for another 5 min trying to convince her that she at least do me this small favor for all delays they have caused. But Wendy was like an iron lady, and she refused to spare 5 min to show me 1 or 2 samples.

It’s almost a stereotype to think a kitchen cabinet company has integrity.

This company is conflicted. We pitched a Kolter home in Saint Lucie County. We choose level 4 cabinets.

    They have been mismatched or
    Damaged since install.

Upon our first visit from the vendor Wendy indeed informed us that Kolter should not be offering the cabinet.

The reason given: the cabinets are made in Canada and take 12 months to reveal their final finish. What could possibly go wrong. ??

The builder and the vendor will revert to anything to not honor the product as intended.

    Ask about your selections
At the design center for any builder. Find out where it’s made. Etc.

    Don’t use this company.
