This was the first time using this company. Beverly my sales rep was extremely courtesy and professional from the beginning proving information and quoting my property when I called for information. Peter was my technician who was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. Peter walked me around the property both before and after completion and filled me in with tips to keep up with things. Peter was highly motivated and appeared passionate to his job. I got the roof/ driveway & patio/deck area completed and I must say I am impressed as it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning for any cleaning needs around the house. Peter even went above and beyond helping me move my fridge and couch back on the patio as he observed me attempting to do it myself.

We just had the pleasure of having Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning over to our home in Coral Springs. We were so impressed several years ago that when it became time for another cleaning, we didn’t hesitate in using Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. We spoke with Beverly at the office about our needs. She was great to work with and explained the process and when we could expect our roof to be cleaned. She was a pleasure to speak with.

Danny was assigned to complete the work. Just like Beverly, he was a pleasure to work with. This young man is very knowledgeable. In my conversations with this gentleman, I observed a trait that is often missing with the younger generation. Professionalism and a strong work ethic. He represents his company well. I was left with the feeling that for him, it was like he was working on his own property. He wanted to make sure everything was perfect when he finished.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a second in using this company again in the future for my pressure cleaning needs.

Dan did a great job - cleaned the driveway, walkway, pool area and 2 small patios - everything looks great - I have used them in the past and I would use them again! Beverly at the office was also super helpful booking etc..

Daniel did an outstanding job and cleaning our roof and house. He took the time to explain what he is doing along with showing some before and after examples. He is an extremely diligent, nice and hard working individual and CS Pressure Cleaning is lucky to have him. If all the techs are like Daniel you can bet you will be very happy with the result, should you hire this company.

Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning, Inc just did a 'soft wash' on our tile roof, and it looks brand new! Paul, our technician, was polite, professional. & thorough. Beverly was very friendly, quick to respond, detailed in the explanations of services and keeping me informed when the services would start. Daniel did a superb job! I forgot to move a few things from my entry way and he moved those items for me. My pavers were long over due and they are looking brand new. I would recommend this company.

I received a citation about my roof stating that it needed to be pressure cleaned. I called Coral Springs pressure cleaning and Beverly was so helpful and recommend getting a wash. They were able to get me in same day and the results are amazing. I recommend them to anyone looking to get their roofs/ anything cleaned.

I had a chemical wash in 2024 for the roof and the chemicals killed all around the edge of my home, lawn, bushes and a palm tree. Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning never made good on repairs. They wanted me to do all the leg work, replacement prices, types of bushes and so on. Very disappointed to say the least. I will never use this service again and I don't recommend anyone else either.

This is my second time using Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. They arrive on time, professional staff, and get the job done with no damage to my patio, lawn or roof! I will call them for all of my future cleaning needs!!

I hired Coral Springs pressure cleaning to clean my roof. They cleaned it by using the soft wash method. I have never seen my roof looking so clean in all of the years that I have lived in this house. The technician was professional and efficient. He watered down my grass and bushes but also advised that I water the area under the roof line again since chemicals were used. I highly recommend their services if you are in need of getting your property cleaned.
