Hi, my roof was only about 2 years old. Before and after pictures, soft wash performed. Super pleased.

I needed my patio and roof pressure washed and they were available that same day. Daniel was very professional, punctual, and accommodating. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I called Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning Inc to clean my roof, house, and pavers. From the start to the end, the customer service was 5 stars. The crewman arrived at my home and greeted me to walk around the property. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing. In the end, my home looks brand new. I am a very happy customer.

I am thoroughly impressed with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning’s service. The technician, Paul, arrived early and got to work immediately after notifying us of his arrival and speaking with me. He worked quickly and efficiently. The soft wash service took less than 30 minutes for the entire roof. He also went above and beyond to help water the surrounding area in order to dilute the chemical mixture from affecting the grass and plants. I would certainly recommend him and the company to anyone in need to pressure and/or soft washing services.

CS Pressure Cleaning came out today to pressure clean outside my whole house and roof to prepare it for sale. Daniel did a phenomenal job! I waited a day before posting the pool deck cleaning by Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning. The work was expertly done by Daniel who clearly explained what was to be done before hand, checked in as work was being done, and then reviewed the work with me before seeking payment. The outcome was excellent…this is a 35 year old home and pool…with the pool deck looking great. Daniel was the consummate professional. He took the time to fully explain the process and answer all of my questions. He did a fantastic job for me. I should have taken pictures before he did the job. My roof wasn't just discolored, it was totally as black as an asphalt driveway. I was anticipating getting cited by code enforcement. It looks like a new roof now. Beverly was most helpful,courteous and was patient with all of my questions. Overall a smooth enjoyable experience. By the way, the dark on the left is a shadow from our front yard tree.
