Dale and his crew carefully repurposed existing greenery with new plants to create a truly unique entry garden. Dale listens well and is able to generate ideas to provide interesting use of ground coverage. His crew leaves the area clean and neat. And they were able to complete all of this within the day!!

I met with this company about providing landscaping services. It is rare in today's society to find individuals who truly care about providing excellent services and customer service. If you're looking for a great landscaping company with reasonable prices and fantastic staff Call this company!

This company is just the best of the best. they are organized, very professional and neat at work. they took down few trees on our property , all done with quality. the most important is that the fairness of their pricing. we cant thank enough to ITC for the great work they did.

This extremely inconsiderate landscape company uses leaf blowers at 4:45am and sets off the burglar alarms at the business across the street from my house breaking the noise ordinance and waking me from a deep sleep causing instant migraines. You have to make money and this I fully understand but do it after 9am as is permitted in Miami Lakes.

Do not use them unless you have a camera that can record everything they do. My HOA company used their services for my community and they scratched my car. My HOA directed me to deal with Integrated Turf Care directly, so I called them to explain the situation. Immediately felt no sympathy or concern from the woman on the phone (I believe her name was Trinnie Williams). Instead she asked if I had video to prove what happened. Unfortunately, I do not have video, but I was at home when this happened. I saw the landscapers by my car before it happened. To be treated like I was lying is so disrespectful and dismissive. After several questions from her, she said she would call me back after speaking with Chris and that was the last I heard from them. I truly hope no one uses their services unless they have a way of recording them while they work (which is so weird, but I guess that's the world we live in).

Happy to have Integrated Turf Care here under a new contract in Vizcaya. The crew works hard and is in the process of repairing much of the damage cause by the prior landscape company. As a courtesy they patched up some tough areas of my lawn near the front gate and I thanked them for that. If you have landscape issues, I have learned it is not always the landscape company’s fault. Many times they are following orders from the HOA and/or property management firm who decides who gets attention. Glad to have them here improving the community. Give them a shot.

Why in God's name so you perform your service of blowing leaves in midday at a grocery store?? To get dirt and debris all over the cars?? To top it off, your workers must either think it's funny or don't like my skin color (hate to pull the card here) or both, seeing as how I sat on the bench for five minutes outside while they finished the leaf blowing, and your worker within TEN feet of me blow the blower at me and got dirt in my eyes and face. That's how your workers act?? Wow!

They intentionally put grass and dirt on cars. I’ve asked them not to do it several times and it keeps happening. I explained to them that I just had my car detailed yesterday for $180+tip and they laughed at me. How is that funny? Absolutely awful and disrespectful behavior. Now I have to get my car washed AGAIN because it’s covered in dirt and grass. I’m beyond disgusted with this company. From the looks of their reviews they do this everywhere they go. Never in my life have I experienced this level of disregard for people’s property.

Blackstone Property Maintenance LLC provided excellent service and completely transformed the appearance of my property. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to every detail throughout the project. I have been with Blackstone for a long time now, I can say that Cesar (the owner) is a great person, very professional and anything about the outside of my house I only have to make one phone call, he take care of my lawn, my landscaping, sprinkler, trees and pressure clean my house when ever it needs to be done, and everything at a reasonable price.

I’m disgusted with my experience with this company. Calls not returned, work incomplete, went and as far as avoiding me when doing neighbors work. Do not engage people in business you cannot handle.

Do NOT USE ever. Ceasar is the owner. We got a quote from him in September 2020. He said he would replace and add plants, run an extra sprinkler line. All I hear is a song and dance about his lack of staff to help him. We are now into February 2021 and despite calls to him, he NEVER follows up. This is NOT a professional at all. I asked for a refund of half the monies paid to this guy. Nothing to date. Disgraceful.

Unprofessional. Waste of money. Definitely would NOT recommend. This company makes false promises to close a sale, but doesn't follow through. We contacted Blackstone because we had weeds growing through our pavers. Jorge advised that re-sealing them would stop growth for approx. 2 yrs and that the pavers would have a glossy finish after the job was done. Not only was there NEVER a gloss finish...5 WEEKS later...our pavers have grass popping up everywhere. We contacted Jorge and complained. To add insult to injury, he then says he never promised to fix the weed problem even though thats the only reason we hired them! He promised to remedy the issue by coming back to spray weed treatment...but he just never showed up!

In addition, the workers never started on time, we would be told a 9AM start, then no one arrived until 2PM. The job took 3 more days to complete than promised. One day there were extra people arriving to our home because 1 employee had his friends come to our home to hang out while he worked! We live in a gated community and kept getting calls at the gate from additional workers and saw them on our Ring camera. After telling Jorge, he apologized. However, this left us feeling un safe and showed the unprofessionalism of Blackstone employees.

If negative stars were an option I would have done it. This company or the owner Cesar...is the absolute worst person I have ever had the unpleasure of communicating with. I contacted him literally THREE WEEKS AGO!!! Inquiring about a job I needed done asap!! My situation had lawyers and my association involved and I clearly expressed how urgently I needed the appropriate documentation from him. He often said he will get back to me in an hour or later that day or he would call me back and every single time....if I did not reach out, I would not hear from him. I am extremely annoyed, frustrated and disgusted with the service that Cesar has demonstrated for his business. If you cannot handle the workload...get out of the industry and save us all a headache. Try running your business with honesty and integrity and maybe you will get more positive reviews. Good lord what a terrible experience!!!!

HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE AND THE OWNER CESAR WILL NOT HELP! THESE ARE BOTH MY PARKING SPOTS, THE SILVER AND RED CAR IS MINE! I PURPOSELY PARK AWAY FROM THE OTHER CAR BECAUSE THEY HIT MY MIRROR WITH THEIR DOOR AND MESSED UP THE WRAP ON MY MIRROR. WHY GO THROUGH THIS SMALL SPACE, I WATCHED HOURS OF VIDEOS AND THEY DIDNT GO IN BETWEEN ANY OTHER CARS BUT MINE! AN HOUR BEFORE THIS THEY BROKE SOMEONES WINDOW, BY A ROCK GOING IN THE AIR. THIS WILL BE POSTED EVERYWHERE UNTIL THE MATTER IS RESOLVED. CESAR CAME TO MY PROPERTY AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE. THERE WERE NO LEAVES ANYWHERE, THE WOMAN WITH THE HANDHELD BLOWER SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO GO IN BETWEEN MY CAR TO BLOW AWAY THE LITTLE BIT OF GRASS THERE WAS. WATCH THESE PEOPLE! I HAVE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE, IF THIS EVER HAPPENS AGAIN SOMEONE WILL BE ARRESTED! WHY GO THAT CLOSE TO THE MOST EXPENSIVE VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY, AND IF YOU DO DONT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THEM!

This is an excellent landscaping and ground maintenance company. We are a large condo with over 8 acres of grounds. They are the best landscapers and ground maintenance company which we had in years. They mow the grass, trim tree branches, maintain flower beds, trim hedges. Very importantly in this season they pick up tons of leaves which keep falling from our many trees, as well as fallen branches, and haul them all away. They come on time on schedule with a large crew and do a great job keeping our development in top shape. Customer service is superb, with on time response to all our special requests. Could not recommend them enough.

We set up an appointment and he asked whether he should bring his machine and do the work right then if we agreed on the quote. Having done my research, I knew the price was fair.
David and his coworker Jason did an excellent job. They protected the windows in the area and cleaned up as soon as the job was finished.
Without a second thought I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Matt and his team were great. Matt was onsite supervising (I had a lot of work done) and assisted his team when need be. I am a tree person and it was important to me that I maintained a good canopy but had the trees thinned a bit and cleaned up. Matt listened and his team did exactly what I asked for. Trees look great! They cleaned everything up and hauled it all away. No mess behind for me to clean up. I would highly recommend them.
