David and his crew were so professional and did an amazing job, we are so pleased with everything. they trimmed 3 of our trees exactly how we wanted it and would recommend them highly to anyone. 10/10

We had a horrible problem, and Castle Tree Art did an absolutely fantastic job solving it.

Our front yard has a ~30-year-old oak tree planted about 7-10 feet from the street, and the tree has sent its roots EVERYWHERE over the years. The asphalt in front of our house was buckling up, and the potholes were getting larger and larger with each passing month. The streets in our development are owned by the HOA (not the city), and the HOA holds homeowners responsible for all tree damage to common areas (sidewalks, etc), so it was up to me to get the problem fixed.

Every asphalt company I contacted didn't want the job -- they like to replace entire parking lots, not repair small portions of a street -- so I had struck out several times before finding this company on Google.

I am so glad I did.

The company owner and 2-3 other workers trenched out the roots adjoining the street, refilled the resulting gap, then dug out and replaced the damaged asphalt. I've attached before/after pictures to this review, but I couldn't be happier with the results.

If you have a hard-to-solve tree root problem (tree roots AND asphalt, etc), definitely consider calling this company. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Excellent work by David and his crew. I had a tree just dropping leaves everyday in my pool. Had David and his crew come and remove this very big Bischofia tree in one day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after the mess. Tree and stump gone. Now my pool has more sunlight hitting it. Thank you Castle Tree Art for a fine job. It had been years since we had comprehensive tree service done to the property. With canal easements, fencing, and several palms that grew up way too close to the house we were concerned and apprehensive. The old saying is true: Trees look great when you plant them. Then they grow up. And grow up and out some more becoming (insurance) liabilities.

David’s company (Castle Tree Art) was doing some work in the neighborhood so we researched a bit and had several good no pressure exchanges way better than the “door knockers” or those that troll the neighborhood. You know their drill.

Bottom line: excellent price, top notch service, careful work with use of rope lines, and complete cleanup.

I had David and his team come to my house in response to my town who required me to remove existing trees and plant new trees. David obviously had experience with these projects and promptly came up with a solution and recommendations after perusing my property. David completed the tree/stump removal and planting of new trees in two days. The team at Castle was exceptional at every level. Professional, efficient, and they cleaned the work area in the community more completely than landscaping companies i use at my residencies. Thrilled with the work David, Santos, and his team did to remove a huge tree that had become unmanageable and dangerous between my house and my neighbors. Very tricky rigging work that they made look easier than it was. They did a great job grinding the stumps and left the yard immaculate. On the front end he assisted with the permit process too. In a day when honest contractors can be hard to find in South Florida - we were blessed to find Castle Tree. Can’t recommend them enough.

They need more staff, there are only two people in customer service.

No matter what you need for building, maintaining or fixing your home, you're pretty apt to find it here. There is also a small selection of outdoor furniture.

This is an easy location to find and easy to get in and out of. There is plenty of parking, too.

Along with all of the usual home stuff, there is a nice size garden section with a good selection of plants and shrubs from palm trees to herbs.

There are also some home supplies that you might not expect to find, like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

Service was quick and efficient.

These guys get more stupid every time I'm there. Assistant manager on 5/22/18 1130am. Would not honor a price online for a kensgrove 72inch fan at 209. Website states available in store and call for availability. Well it's here, cash in hand and tells me to order online to be shipped tomorrow...w...t...f. then attempts to haggle for only 50$ off knowing he can honor the 30% discount that it states online. What a soft wet noodle Nancy boy he is. Lowes will honor everything. Will definitely take the extra mile to go there.

Furthermore the fan on display isn't even offered in the style they have...anywhere!

Went to buy sod and Donna did a fabulous job helping me secure it. My 2 star beef is with this POS Alex who was in Garden department at 920 at self check out acting like a bigshot from out of town. When I tell the cashier how many piece at have, 11 total. He gives a very condesending look and walks over with his arms folded to question me and look oh so thoroughly. Hey guy... 101 in some good customer ethics is not to blatnely disrespect a customer. Furthermore, it doesn't take you, a cashier and store manager to check out someone- attempting to look busy.

The young lady working the checkout in the garden center at 630 p.m. Saturday, 5/21. Best customer service ... friendly as I would ever love someone to be as a customer! Someone like her is hard to find! Please reward her!! She is gold!

I usually stop by plant nursery to find something new for my garden. For last 2 weeks there is a disaster. Nobody is watering the plants... at least 1/4 of all the plants are murdered by lack of water. Many dumped all over the place. The other thing that i noticed by outside garden cash register watching while waiting in the line. There now is a new cash registers. The location of them is outrageous... customer is standing next to cashier and pays with cash. Cash register opens and customer is directly next to it and can see how much $ is there. Home Depot puts in danger employees.

Why can't they open the cell service Lanes ever

Out of all the Home Depot’s from homestead to Port St. Lucie that I’ve been to as a contractor, this one has astonished me in the lack of customer service and competency between employee’s. It’s non existent.
On several occasions I have been met with awful attitude by the employee’s. I cannot explain how mediocre I sadly have to say the experience between employee’s and help in this store. It is unacceptable the customer service they have here it makes me wonder who is the manager who is in charge of hiring, training, and overseeing employee’s and their customer service.
