The dryer vent cleaning service was done perfectly. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. After the cleaning, my dryer runs much better. I truly appreciate their professionalism.

I had an air conditioning problem that other companies tried to solve. I called Friendly AC on a Tuesday and the showed up the same day to analyze the problem. On Wednesday they returned with the replacement part and installed it. They also replaced a thermostate so I could control the temperature from anywhere. I highly recommend their services. Friendly A/C did a great job. The gentleman who repaired my thermostats name was Aaron. Aaron located what the problem was in literally 2 minutes, and fixed it within 30 minutes.
Friendly A/C was my 2nd opinion. The other company had already spent half an hour and did not locate where the problem was. They told me they would be back and the charge was going to be 450.00. Friendly A/C charged 260.00.

Friendly A/C service is the best. Here it is Labor Day weekend and the A/C in our bedrooms died. They diagnosed the problem and then came back during the holiday to get us cooling again. Great company! Highly recommend. I have used Friendly AC multiple times now and will never go with another AC company. They are professional, trustworthy, quick, and friendly! Every time I call, they come out the same day. When a part breaks, they do whatever they can to get a new part and install it ASAP. Most recently, my AC blower broke and I called them at 7:30 AM, they came out later that morning, and had a new part installed by 5 PM. I truly cant say enough good things about this company and the people that work there!

I have used Friendly A/C several times and have not been disappointed. The last time I needed help a specific part was on backorder and I could not find it anywhere except for 1 other company who was going to charge an extreme amount of money, and take 4 days to replace.

Friendly A/C got us up and running with a used part same day from their warehouse until the replacement came in. Stayed in contact the entire time with the status, and them finally day of part arrival.

My current AC company told me that I needed to replace one of my AC units. Unfortunately, their proposal was much higher than i felt it should be.

I was referred to Friendly by several neighbors. Friendly came out the next day. Their proposal was over $1,000 less than the other company and they were able to install the same week.

Their crew showed up at 8am (we were given an 8-9:30 window). They were nice, friendly and professional and were done in less than 2 hours!

I would definitely recommend!
