My AC went out at 2 am and it was fixed by 10:15 am. They even gave me the option to come earlier but I thought it would be best if we all slept in a bit. The problem was fixed in about 15 minutes and he even took the time to show me how to prevent it in the future. I will only be going to this company from here on out.

I called two different AC repair companies after my AC went out. They all told me it would be weeks before they could send anyone out to look at my AC. I called Fix Ricketts brothers AC LLC and they were at my door and quickly fixed my AC in a few hours. Very professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if my AC ever goes out again.

I had several issues with my AC and they work on it until the AC broke, every time I call they will come same day or next day morning and will fix the problem. Recently I changed my unit 20 yrs old! for a new unit, the process was quick and easy. Victor and his crew came early and work hard on my AC, they left my house with a cool home and all clean up. The unit installed is high efficient, not noise, and cools quickly. The work was on time, very professional and a great experience. They offer me different options on new units with pros and cons, and we found a good fit for my home. We used KVM Services to install a new AC unit. They came out the day we called them, found the problem and provided different replacement options. What an amazing company and great service. We recently purchased a condo in Florida. When I arrived on a Friday, we realized that the air conditioner was broken. We contacted KVM at 1 pm. By 4 pm, they had scheduled a crane to replace the unit on a Saturday! The next day! They have wonderful customer service and were able to replace my air conditioner the next morning! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
