Amazing service! Cortez was friendly, skilled, and professional throughout the entire service. He was extremely considerate of the portraits and other items around the area. He also cleaned up the area after replacing the air conditioner. He made sure to fill in the gaps around the AC.

5 stars! Brandon came to Lake forest and my aunt's house. Brandon was called to her house for a routine maintenance. After looking at the system, Brandon noticed a few things that were needed and explained them well. The copper line covers were fixed and a new unit was added to make the system more efficient. I am very pleased with Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning. I had an issue with a furnace blowing transformers and had 2 other companies come look at it and they could not fix it. I called Baylor Heating & Air based on their previous service and I am very pleased. The technician was amazing. He came out and fixed the furnace and A/C unit quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again.

They were familiar with previous repairs to our Geo system, answered all my questions and explained how the replaced part had been improved (so hopefully we don't have this issue again). Scheduling was timely and I appreciate the notifications when the techs are on their way. Overall, a very positive experience.
