JB Pride focuses on providing professional service to its customers. I left messages with two companies but still have not heard back from them. This was 3 weeks and a few days ago. Then I emailed another two companies. No reply from both and I finally heard yesterday from one, 2 1/2 week later. JB Pride came up in my google search. I thought it would be worth trying and emailed about the short cycling we were experiencing on our gas heater. Kelly replied the following morning, offering me a scheduled appointment. I chose the time and their communication skills were excellent. I got emails and texts to remind me that my appt was scheduled and I even received a photo of the Technician. David Shearrion worked for us and he was very knowledgeable and professional with our heater issues. JBPride is the best for customer service. I also recommend them because of their price and quick service. David told us that JB Pride is also a plumbing company, does duct cleaning and paints. I can't WAIT to use JB Pride for more work!! !

Hugo arrived at our home to install an air conditioner. He was polite and helpful. He arrived on schedule and finished quickly.
He informed me that I needed to get a new air filter. Then he showed me pictures of how to replace the filter.

Joe was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my AC and was upfront and honest about pricing. Highly recommended!

Lior did a fantastic job. We had Lior repair and install an Ecobee for central AC as well as install a mini split in our detached office garage. The old window air conditioner was not cutting it any more. Lior's tech and Lior were both professional. They made sure to communicate clearly and left everything clean. Lior was very thorough in explaining each step of the process before starting, which gave us great confidence. Highly recommend them!

Airstream AC are absolute professionals! My home HVAC stopped cooling in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to come over to my home the same day I called, arrived on time, identified the problem within minutes and fitted the replacement part. The service is professional, well priced and of excellent quality!

When my furnace module broke down last week, I received excellent customer service. United scheduled an ASAP service call, diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct part. United helped me to install the module, and was available on the telephone when I needed help.

Dennis and Lee are amazing. They fixed my gas heating unit which stopped working during the first cold weather of this year. The technician had to return three times to fix a short in my gas control valve, which was only detected when the unit misfired. They were kind, generous, and showed empathy when I needed to stay in a friend's house because my house was only in the mid-50's on days with temperatures of 25-30 degrees in Nashville. Highly recommendable! Highly recommended! Fantastic, high-quality people. Dennis has over 40 year's experience in the business and Lee is willing to do anything for the right result.
