My hot water heater went out right before my crazy in-laws came into town. Mainline plumbing not only had the best rate for a new water heater but also came out the fastest to install it. They did amazing work and everyone from the phone rep and service man made this process easy and painless!

Ronnie is amazing and professional. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and takes the time to answer all my questions; paying attention to details. He shows atteniveness and patience, he is proactive in ensuring that all required professionals were involved to resolve the issues. I could not be happier with the result and would use him again.

Chris and the Mainline team have done an excellent job helping me with all my water needs! Most recently they installed a RO water filtration system and before that a whole house filter. Everything running great!

I discovered mainline plumbing having dealt with multiple other contractors and plumbers during a long and stressful period after a water leak in our home. What set Mainline apart was everything they said they could do was done. We were fortunate to have been assigned one of their most experienced plumbers, Greg, for an entire re-plumbing of our home. Greg and the other workers all came with a professional demeanor and a we will get it done customer service attitude. Additionally the professionalism from the managment , administrative staff to the line workers was consistent. Christopher is an amazing plumber. I’ve been having trouble with my sewage for months paying so much money for the simplest problem’s that took a week to fix. When I met Christopher he told me that he can fix my problem and it would only take 2 1/2 hours to fix. Thank you Chris for all your hard work 🙂

Mainline did a great job! They were so quick and efficient at getting a tech out to do the job and technician that came, Spencer, did amazing work! We’ll definitely be using this company again if needed and will refer all our friends and family to them.

Ronnie arrived on time as promised, to provide an estimate for installing a new hot water tank and upgrading other plumbing fixtures. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. To our surprise, he offered to complete all the work that same day. We are very happy with the work Ronnie performed. We have a new tank, installed to code, and had the older, indoor plumbing updated. We will not hesitate to use MainLine in the future and will request Ronnie.

Hired them to perform a drain line her cleaning through the entire house including the main stack and other drains. I also asked to perform a camera / scope before and after. The techs came out and didn’t perform the scope but did perform the main stack jet cleaning. Can’t tell if it was done right since I didn’t get a before and after view of it. They didn’t have the equipment for jetting smaller drains. Kept following up with them for weeks and never came out. I had to chase after them just for them to tell me they can’t do it. I would recommend to go with Elite Plumbing. They followed directions, explained everything and communicated often. Dont work with Mainline.

Tech that came out was professional and very kind. Customer service needs to explain things better to customers. I called asking for a quote to pump my system. She insisted I needed an inspection first and then they would give me price. Tech showed up ready to pump with no knowledge of us needing a price. We were not exactly ready for pumping that day since they said twice it was an inspection to get a proposal. They gave us a crazy high price that was over $200 more than other places in the area. After the great technician spoke with the office, we agreed on a price and the pumping began. I just think the office needs to be more explicit about what is happening. If they would have told me that price over the phone I would not have had them come out. I'm glad they made it right with the discount. It took very little time and everything went smoothly. Awesome technician!!

I had water damage and called Mainline Plumbing to find where the leaks were. Spencer detected what the issue was and went over my options on how I wanted to fix it. He was thorough and even recommended a remediation service for us to use. They came out and promptly got the process of fixing the issue started. I'm very happy with my experience with Spencer and the company.

The company overall does great work, the techs that come out are knowledgable and do a great job. We signed up to do a lot of upgrades using them. However, scheduling them to come out and do some of the non-permit work has been a bit difficult, and when they did come out it was for the wrong services.

Anthony and Eddie did a great job of clearing a sewer backup at my home. They both were knowledgeable and skillful in investigating, diagnosing and addressing the cause of sewer backup at my home. The gave me helpful information on how to avoid sewer issues. They even told me the size pipe going into my clean out and the size of the pipe going into my home. Their customer service skills are excellent. Mainline Plumbing fees were very reasonable. I had a great experience with Mainline plumbing, Eddie and Anthony. My sewer backup was cleared.

The crew was very efficient, attentive and friendly. They finished the job in a few hours. This was to install both a new water heater and a new central AC.

It was expensive. Around $11000 USD total.

Called for a new water heater, Mainline plumbing came over in about and hour, gave me a good price, and by the afternoon I had my new water heater installed. Beautiful job done by Rick.

I had an issue with my AC. Danny came out the day after I called. He was courteous, on time, and above all, he was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and together we came up with the best option for repair.

Mainline replaced all of the cast iron pipe under or townhomes. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up the massive mess that came along with the project well beyond our HOA’s expectation. We had one issue after the project was complete and Andrew had them out the next day fix the issue. Highly recommend
