Their rep was knowledgeable and their price reasonable. The work was completed on time and when there were a few details to clean up after the work was done the management very quickly took care of the items and they did it rapidly and thoroughly and with a good spirit.

Needed to replace my leaky water heater. I took the time to get 3 estimates and Mainline was about 15% cheaper. I immediately checked the reviews online and was put at ease. Price was great, the tech was punctual, and overall I’m impressed. Thank you again

I needed plumbing work done to reposition and connect new pipes and drains to all new kitchen appliances and the sink. They scheduled me very quickly and arrived exactly when they said they would. Work was done well and efficiently.
I would use them again and will when I need any plumbing done.

When my water heater broke, I called several places for assistance. No one was available immediately to help me stop the water from running or provide me with a new hot water heater. I called Mainline Plumbing and although they were at my home within 20 to 25 minutes, prior to coming out, he stayed with me on the phone to ensure I was able to completely turn the water off. When he came by, he quickly assessed the situation and returned within a few hours with a brand new water heater. The professionalism and promptness (I was definitely not on their schedule for the day!) was amazing!

Scheduled with Kelly to come between 10a-2p, which she confirmed can be done without hesitation. They call me at 8:40 a.m. I call back and let Amber know on the phone that our appointment is between 10a-2p. She tells me she sees our appointment is confirmed between 8a and 12p and she can't do anything about it except confirm. I told her she can cancel, she says okay, phone call over. I received a text message shortly after telling me that Greg is on the way - he loves dogs, cats, fishing and he's a car enthusiast!
So now I have to call these people again, and thank goodness I actually got Kelly this time, the person I originally scheduled with. I explain the above and Amber's response that we are scheduled between 8a and 12p. Hilariously, instead of apologizing for the clear misunderstanding, she says "Yeah, it looks that way." And then she tries to tell me Amber is just an answering service, like somehow that has nothing to do with their company. At that point I stopped the conversation. Not only are you uninterested in keeping an appointment you personally booked AND confirmed with me, you also don't care when the client doesn't just make way to your pushiness. Why are people so horrible? Not even apologetic, just "Yeah, it looks that way." 😂

I read their most recent/low reviews from their Pompano Beach location - this is a common issue with this company. Sooo, "yeah," don't touch our water heater. We'll throw our money somewhere else. I love dogs and cats too, Greg! Someday that info will be important when we work on something together.

What a pleasure to work with a company like Mainline. Spencer, our technician was on time, efficient, knowledgeable respectful, honest and he informed us of every step he was taking. In addition Spencer responded to every question we asked.
And... the charge was quite fair.
There's is no question that we would recommend Mainline to others in addition to using them ourselves if and when we needed to.

schuyler was excellent with installing my toilet. mainline plumbing was so professional went it came down to taking care of my plumbing system and made sure everything looked great, was cleaned up and I was satisfied with the work that was done! definitely gonna be coming back for future services!!

I don't post often but wanted to commend Andrew and Mainline Plumbing for their excellent work and responsiveness towards solving a long standing drainage problem with a sink. For two years, our unit had been plagued by water blockage and we had called several different plumbing companies over the years to diagnose and fix the problem to no avail. We wasted lots of money and time and it seemed hopeless. Someone recommended Andrew from Mainline who came over and was quickly able to identify the problem as being a building problem and went to work resolving the issue. His excellent work not only helped us but but all of the other residents in the building as the problem was going to metastasize over time. Andrew was professional, courteous and, obviously, very effective! We will be sure to use Mainline again and highly recommend him and the company!

Called on a Sunday. Came out on Monday. Let my husband and I know what was going on and gave us options to solve the issue. Danny came and replaced the garbage disposal and worked on bathroom sink drainage issue. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

I've had Mianline Plumbing come out twice, once for a pool heater gas line and then today for shower remodeling job. Service was very prompt and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Ned took great care of us and eased my concerns about my toilet drain and flange. Great work with the shower! Highly recommend.
