I called 24 Hour Plumbing late at night after panicking that I ruined my pipes and I was given great advice at no cost, without any pressure to schedule service. If I do need service I will be calling back.

They called me the morning of the my ‘scheduled appointment’ to ‘ask’ if they were supposed to come out today.
Then proceeded to say they can only come out right now or at the end of the day.
I told them to come right now. 30 seconds after hanging up the phone, I get a text message saying they aren’t coming

Take your money elsewhere. Not worth the disrespect and inconsideration.

Talked to Dominick the day I had a problem, he talked to me and we determined that it could wait till the next day. He had other jobs but was able to come over and fix my problem for me. Did a fine job and talked to me about other ways to prevent damage and prolong the live of my water heater and other tips. I would call him back if I have any other problem.

I want to first start off by saying that the owner and his assistant were very friendly. They communicated ahead of time that they were running behind after missing the
initial appointment. My initial concern was that I was experiencing low water pressure. I explained that my landlord is oversees and so it was important to get a full diagnostic completed, so that we can have a plan to resolve the issue if it could not be resolved during the first visit. Of course, the issue could not be resolved on the first visit because my water heater had to be shut off and it could not be done in the unit but by the association. Ultimately, after a few text exchanges I was told that the valves needed to be replaced and the owner doesn’t like doing that and it should be done by the association. This does nothing for me and if this was communicated earlier, I would’ve just paid the service call fee and not pay for a new faucet. So all in all I paid 225.00 to get my a new faucet and garbage disposal fixed ( never asked for this to be fixed) he offered and I assumed it was free of charge.

You couldn't do better than Dominick for a plumber! Best in the Business. Honest, particular and customer service all the way.....the way life used to be. Call him, HE'S THE BEST! (p.s. I called numerous plumbers with no success. 24 hour plumbing answered the phone, assisted me verbally how to stop the flooding that was happening in my front yard, and then they came out quickly and fixed the problem. I used Dominic service 2 years ago for some issues that we were having at my parents’ house. I had an issue with the new house with some leaks and as always he was amazing. Very responsive and patient. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

I have recently used Dominick at two different properties. The first was a rental property at which the tenant called me on Sunday night about a leak at the toilet shut off valve. I found 24 Hiur Plumbing online and called. An appointment was set for First thing Monday morning. I met Dominick and it turned out the pipe behind the shutoff valve was broken. The repair was done within an hour and at a very reasonable rate.
The second time was at my home where the toilet Fill Valve was not working. Dominick arrived the next day as scheduled and quickly replaced the Fill Valve and he also threw in blowing out the bathroom sink drain which was running slow.
After Dominick left I noticed than the water in the toilet was dripping and the flapper was not seated properly. Dominick came back and found that the Flush Valve was not working properly and the tank gasket was in bad shape.
We needed to order an original Koehler Flush Valve for a one piece toilet on Amazon, which arrived the next day. Dominick came back and installed it and did not even charge me for another call.
I highly recommend this company and will call them for all of my plumbing needs. You should too!

Dominick was very nice, came out the same day, and the rates he provide are very reasonable. He is not here to take advantage of you like the businesses we see plastered everywhere. He even found an issue we didn’t know we had and now we can plan to fix it in a timely manner instead of having a random emergency situation.

Doing a little home plumbing repair on my own when a pipe came loose behind drywall under kitchen sink. Long story short, Called 24 Hour and Dominick was here and everything fixed within 2 hours from first call. On a Saturday evening, no less. Had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, water leaking from the facet on the wall behind our fridge. Called the number and was immediately assisted by Dominic who tried to walk my husband through stopping the leak. We had him come out the next morning to check and replace the faucet and he was on time and did the job in a professional manner. Very pleased with the service and definately recommend them!
