I had to call the property management of my apartment for a plumbing problem, and they sent these guys out. They were fast, friendly and very professional, and they fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended! 5 stars.

Had toilets/showers backed up. The serviceman came. Very very nice. Professional and cleared my and my neighbors problem within 45 min. or less on a holiday night. I highly recommend them.

When I was part of the management team of a very large community in Coconut Creek, we used Moody often...very often. They were always prompt, professional, and explained things fully. Recommended!

I was very pleased with their service and the installation of my water heater. Susan was very helpful and knowledgeable. The technician and his assistant did an amazing job.

Thieves. I don't know any other way to describe this company. They came to snake out my kitchen drain which took all of 20 minutes at most and then handed me a bill for $285 dollars. When I called to complain they agreed to take 30 dollars off the bill. This makes it $255 dollars, double the going rate. If they answer this by saying the don't have a record of me I'll be happy to furnish anyone a copy of my invoice.

When changing out a water heater and it needs a new plug and you cannot do it. The complete installation is left hung up and I am now forced to use cold water until I can find an electrician . While I have to endure the inconvenience and another expense to add to the water heater incomplete installation , yet paid in full.

I hired Moody Plumbing for water heater replacement. The price was fair, the job was done on time and overall I’m very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them.

The plumber came out to assess my toilet damage. He told me how much it would cost to repair/replace, I chose to replace. I asked the plumber if he was sure because a previous plumber from a different company brought the wrong toilet even after he came to assess.
He assured me it was fine. Lo and behold when he came back with the toilet it was the wrong one, and he had an attitude when I reminded him about our conversation. The only thing he could offer was "I didn't realize".
He also looked at my water heater. He was only able to give me a price two days later after much prying and repeatedly asking. He told me $775. I asked him to break it down, how much is labor, how much is the equipment, what brand of water heater? was it a 14KW? He wasn't able to answer those questions so I had to call the office. I spoke with RANDY, she was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for details of the $775, she said "well if you know why are you asking me??" These people acted like I wasn't a paying customer. I explained to her I only know of a price, I didn't know how it was broken down. Don't I reserve the right as a home owner employing your service to ask you about this? Long story short, I will never do business with them again, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know.

Be cautious of this company. They will quote you on a price and after you decline to do repairs with them they will give you a completely different price for doing a leak search. They will also add additional 30+ minutes to the bill even though the job was done long before then. I called around as well and 5 companies charge much less for a leak search. For the repairs they quoted me on, Over $700. I had another plumber come out and fix it for $150. 🤔 do your research and call around before deciding with a company like this.

Unprofessional, horrible customer service (Management as well as the office staff) and unethical ! They did 1/2 the job when they should've waited until they had ALL parts, charged me full price and then tried to make me reschedule and pay an additional charge to come finish the job. Not cool. I would never recommend this company for ANY plumbing service. I wish I would've taken the time to read the reviews before calling them. It explains why their rating on google is terrible.

Plumbers who had ripped me off? Terry’s Plumbing (who showed up drunk, and accomplished nothing, but charged plenty)—(liars, phonies, cheats, and frauds!) and Doc’s Plumbing—who quoted me $10,000 PLUS, to replace PIPES THAT DON’T EXIST, that supposedly ran under my floors and connected the bathrooms and kitchen.

Terry’s and Doc’s should be criminalized.

MOODY PLUMBING (“Don’t Get Mad, Get Moody!”) installed a clean-out for both bathrooms—diagnosed the missing piece—thus causing MY ENTIRE HOUSE to DRAIN FREELY AND EASILY, FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER !!!!!!!!

It had been clogged, to one degree or another, for 40 years !!!!!!

The sweetness of the air throughout my home—the freshness of the breezes, as I finally open the doors, the windows, the drains—cannot be described.

I feel like my house had a horrible head cold, and finally blew its nose...The relief is absolutely palpable. I didn’t know my house could feel like this. I couldn’t be more grateful and amazed !!!

I have this sudden urge to clean my tubs. I’ve been buying Scrubbing Bubbles like it was crack cocaine and I’m an addict.

I can’t get enough of the great, good, spanking new freshness!

I can do all kinds of new things now: hang laundry in the shower in the master bedroom—leave all the doors open and get fresh air—hang shower curtains anywhere—scrub floors and know they’ll stay scrubbed—choose my tub or toilet, even take a bath. The possibilities are endless!!!

These 2 hard-working Moody plumbers—showed up one morning I’d called—and worked tremendously hard, completely unsupervised, all day.

They jetted the lines, and sent down a camera. They found the lines dirty and clogged—so dirty and clogged, that the cameras couldn’t see anything, until AFTER the lines were jetted!

But the “cracked metal pipes under the house” —that Doc’s Plumbing wanted to replace for over $10,000–DID NOT EXIST !!!!! The lines ran straight from the bathroom to the street-and from the kitchen to the street. They just needed to be cleared. The bathrooms also needed an outside clean out installed. The existing one was buried.

For Doc’s Plumbing to quote me $10,000 PLUS to replace fictitious pipes, is CRIMINAL. It was PREDATORY—a complete attempt to take advantage. DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!These guys (Chris Butcher, Mateo, Jason) should be arrested for exploitation...among other charges.

And I had heard this before....

I also had 1st Choice Contractors (Greg) quote me $80,000 to fix the same non-existent issue—coming INTO A HOME I OWN OUTRIGHT, and telling me I “should have sold the house before I fixed the roof” —and telling me to throw away everything I owned, so that Greg could knock down my house—to “chase the pipes” that don’t exist—and build a new house I don’t want.

You can really pick your poison when it comes to bad plumbers around here! What a racket! Doc’s Plumbing even wanted an engineer!

Greg told me “the neighborhood warrants spending the money.”

I guess that means I don’t deserve to live here.

I spent less than $3,000 for Moody Plumbing to actually fix the problem. It had existed for 40 years. I’d thought it was just going to be another BS day, with a big check at the end...But Hallelujah !

When the 2 guys from Moody showed me how they’d fixed it, I was more jubilant than I’ve ever been in all my life.

“DON’T GET MAD !!!!! GET MOODY !!!!!!!!”

We paid Moody to do a back flow test in October of 2017. They told us they would send a copy of the certificate that was needed by the city of Coral Springs. Every time we called we were put on hold by the office staff. We called two weeks ago and they said they would send us a copy of the certificate. I called today, July 2, 2018 and ask for the manager. A person named Jamie came to the phone and told me she would e-mail the certificate. I called by and ask for Jamie and was told she was not available. This is the poorest customer service I have experienced in South Florida. They have fairly good people coming out to do the work but the office staff is terrible. Still no certificate for the city.

I had a leak in my bathroom and they came out immediately when I called. Then when we decided to do the repair with them they made the appointment very quickly for the next morning. I was very happy. Susan was so very nice to me on the phone.

I called them and advised that there is a leak in the base of my brand new garbage disposal. They advised that it would be $85 to come out and "diagnose" the problem and if they did any work they would "waive" the fee and charge only for the work. The technicians "diagnosed" that the disposal was leaking at the base?! Then they advised the charge for replacing it would be $275! Of course I don't want them to replace it as it's brand new and I'm just exchange it. Clearly, they could've told me over the phone that if it's leaking at the base it's no good. It's just a scam! I I spoke with one of the owners who made it sound like this just made perfect sense to her!? I refused to pay the full $85 and actually believe I should have paid nothing. They wasted my entire morning waiting for somebody to come out and tell me something that I had already told them.

They are working at someone else’s place in my building, when I get home I walk right past the guy and it would’ve been nice if he told me my water was shut off as they are working on the place. Get home my water is off, find the guy and ask him if that’s the reason and if he could give me an eta. He first completely ignores me and then starts yelling at me and couldn’t give me any estimate.
Absolutely rude people and horrible service

I want to express my complete satisfaction with Moody Plumbing. The plumbers who arrived were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable. They gave me a reasonable quote and did the job exactly as proposed. I was very satisfied and highly recommend Moody.
