I had a dripping bath tub faucet. Raul came checked everything out and said the cartridge was the culprit. He replaced it and explained every step as he did it ... and he is just super nice! This was the second time that I used them and the first plumber, Lee, was just as super nice and did a great job as well! If you want reliable, professional and really nice people then this is the place to go. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. Jose was great and kind and knew what he was doing. The pricing is very reasonable. This is our second time using trust rooter, and I don’t foresee us using any other plumbing company. They have been great both times!

The first time we had a really big project where our pipes that were cast-iron essentially disintegrated and needed to be repaired with PVC. And this time was a smaller job, but still hard work nonetheless. Our kitchen sink kept backing up due to Clogged deep down in the pipes. José came and worked hard to declog the area and left the area where he was working clean.

They are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely call them again.

The Young man showed up and did a great job. I had the kitchen and bathroom sink cut off valves replaced. and I surprised him with another job that I forgot to mention and he did that to. What a nice guy. and he was very clean and neat about it taking care leaving no mess.

Price: More than fair (Saturday evening, was dark and rainy) Experience: Nick and Cesar know their stuff. Time: 2-3 Hours. I super recommend this guys!

Unique Improvement was recommended to me by my HVAC technician and I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. Their work installing the water heater was excellent and significantly less expensive than the other quotes I received. They also came out on a Saturday so that I wouldn’t be without hot water for another weekend.

Not only was Unique improvement plumbing the fairest in prices (and I called around alot) but the whole experience was perfect. Nick was very professional and on top of that he was so very neat about the whole messy process. He disinfected the area he worked on and left it cleaner than it was before. It is almost impossible to find a good honest plumber but I found one! Nick was very knowledgeable and informative as to what was happening with the leak in my wall. His pricing was extremely fair. Nick with Unique Improvement did an excellent job of replacing our water heater. He was able to get our replacement unit even though it was out of stock at supply houses and the big box stores. We had a complex plumbing repair that needed to be done to our cracked drain line within our master bathroom. Nick and his crew were professional, courteous, and punctual. Nick did an excellent job locating the cracked drain line on top of that locating another issue with a line that collapsed.
