Garbage disposal removal means you disconnect unit from the sink and terminate power connection and REMOVE the unit from in under the sink
.So one would think.WRONG.. Unit was taken off the sink and put to the side still connected and under the sink. New piping was finished I asked about the removal of the unit...Answer was we're plumbers not electric people.He went on to say he would take the unit off the wire. I asked about the hot wire LAYING UNDER THE SINK.He said we don't do anything with that. I had the switch plate off for him and ready.HE WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH IT
So I spent 200 for a easy pipe install plus parts.165.00 of it was to drop the unit and leave it for

me to disconnect and REMOVE.

Arrived 9 50. OVERPRICED CONSIDERING REMOVAL WASN'T DONE.I didn't appreciate learning the prices of work by him saying my boss says this and that and he ALWAYS GOES OUTSIDE FOR PRICES.WHY DON'T YOU TALK TO CUSTOMERS.CUSTOMERS beware.

Awesome Service! Called at 430 on Monday they had no appointments available for the next day the receptionist squeezed me in between 2-4..The next morning I got a call at 930 telling me that they could be here by 1130. They were at my home by 11 and done by 12. They cleaned up all their mess and provided excellent service. Would definitely use them again.

Roderick came to my Parkland home to fix a slow leak in my bathtub in a bedroom where 2 other handyman and 1 other plumber stated "couldn't be fixed" without entering through a closest in the other room to break the wall and change some pipes.

Totally "NOT" true! Roderick fixed the issue with my tub spigot in 25 min and also fixed a very slow drain in the same tub!

I highly recommend "Pro Bowl Plumbing" and dont listen to those that state a problem "cannot be fixed", talk to an expert like Pro Bowl Plumbing!

I look forward to working with Pro bowl again. Great work, cleaned after themselves and extremely kind and pleasant to work with.

Update: called today to get 1 screw off my toilet bowl seat that's stuck and they wouldn't come out for less than $150. We got one screw off ourself. Needed someone to literally take the other screw off. Guess I'm looking for another plumber. :(

I do not usually complain or write a bad review, because if someone did a bad job why would I bother to waste my time? However, in this case I feel like the guy who came thought I was a clown and did not even care. The bathroom at my company had a leaking going on and I could not let it pass, so we needed someone to help us right away.
All the job that needed to be done was to pull and reset the toilet, he did that and grounded the bottom and charged me $225. Not even surgeons get paid that much, and you want to know the worst part? he only took 20, 30 minutes max. He left the bathroom messy. DO NOT CONTACT.

Outstanding customer service & honest work. We called them for a second opinion on a over priced quote and came the same day, did a much bettter work and price than we got initially from a mystery company. ROBBED ME: I am a new home owner and quickly had an issue with my toilets backing up. I had done some research and saw high reviews, so Pro-Bowl would be who I called for help. Their tech came out and although explained that he was "transparent" he attempted to take advantage of me and over charge me for service-fees NOT only once. After trying to convince me that there were roots in my pipes from a very small and clean marking shown on the camera (that he didnt come prepared with) he proceeded to tell me what my options were and how outrageously expensive it was going to be. After being here for 4 hours with no real repairs done, he left $1000 later. After I requested information in a detail service/quote request so I could submit a claim through my warranty and insurance, he completely ghosted me. This was such a horrid experience because after being told I would either A) have to rip up my brand new floors for roughly $6-8k to repair pipe from the inside or B) dig under my house for 5 days, two man job which could look closer to $12,000, he provided nothing but a lie. Needless to say, I had multiple opinions there after and NOT one person saw anything wrong with my pipes and would NEVER take $1000 to convince me otherwise, like pro-bowl did. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

My 3rd time to use Pro-Bowl Plumbing.... Dominic came out and finished the pvc plumbing connection under my self-installed new stainless steel kitchen sink... I am very handy, but just couldn't come up with the right combination of twists and turns to get the plumbing all secure and lined up. It was a bit of a challenge for him too, (as I knew it would be), but he got it all done. ($150) Very pleased!

Pro Bowl Plumbing was a life saver. A pipe burst and we could not get any plumbers to come out (we called literally all of them near us). Cue Pro Bowl. The came out that day, found the leak, and repaired it all within a few hours. Even suggested a company to set out the drywall and carpeting that for wet. Thanks to their quick response the damage wasn’t that bad! They were COVID safe and super nice. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a plumber.

Pro Bowl Plumbing is amazing. I had them install an outdoor kitchen, which included sink with hot water, ice maker, refrigerator and tie in the sewer. They were on time, clean, efficient and finished when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Amazing team! Called today to get a quote and they were able to come out and repair all in the same day. Literally the job was done within an hour. I had a leak coming out from one of the pipes outside of my house. Turned out to be from an old AC cooling system which I didn't need any more since we changed our AC unit a few years back. I will definitely hire them again. Super knowledgeable, professional, fast work and took time to explain the root cause of the issue & how it was going to be fixed. Thank you so much Jose!! Jose and JJ just left my house a few minutes ago, after installing a water purifier under my kitchen sink. I am SO HAPPY with the service they provided, and the low price charged. Earlier this morning, one of their competitors gave me a quote of $585 for this job, and Pro Bowl did it in an hour for hundreds less.

My wife wanted a restaurant style kitchen sink installed but we had to have the granite cut for the new sink to fit. Rick from Pro Bowl made all of the arrangements for the granite to be cut and came to my house himself to make sure everything went smoothly. His technician was polite and professional. Pro Bowl Plumbing did an outstanding job for me. It took a lot of upfront phone calls to get my homeowner's association and condo President to agree to approving the job from their end.

Kim, at pro bowl was so patient, Professional and communicative to ensure that everything was ' per the City Of Coco Creek' code. It took many calls and she even provided me with written info. which I passed on to my association. Finally, they apologize for their confusion and approved it.

The Plumber, JJ, was on time, knowledgeable, did excellent work, cleaned up after himself and the bill was quite a bit less than two other competitor's estimates. We could not be more pleased to have gone with them. Hopefully, I won't be needing plumbing any time soon but if so, Pro-Bowl Plumbing is my go to.

They did a good job, I was happy with the performance. What I wasn't too happy about was the shake off of the office, when I asked about the the 2.5 hours video footagege they charged me for and they provided me a little bit over 24 minutes footage....

I have a leak in a wall. Moody sent two gentleman over to fix the leak.
One guy takes a look at the leak and said his tools would not fit in the whole, did not try to open whole wider. he said the cabinet must come out and he does not do that. Thank you that will be $85.00 I am open to suggestions. I think he could have cut the whole larger, but did not want go through the trouble.
